Lili’s POV

“I’ve told you many times, Mr Patterson, and I will continue to tell you every time you try and get past. This is a meeting for the band,” Richard, the doorman/body guard says, looking pointedly at Noah. “And you, as far as I know, are not part of the band in question.”

“C’mon Rich,” Logan starts to say, but is cut off by an equally as pointed glare sent in his direction from Noah.

“I may not be part of the band.” Noah states as he steps forward and in the process, drops my hand. My palm feels cold and lonely without his placed there. “But Lili is. I’ve told you many times, Mr Peters, and I will continue to tell you every time you try and keep me away from my girl. I am not letting her out of my sight, even if it is only for an hour.”

“Mr Patterson, I would love to let you through,” Richard states this with such a sarcastic tone, I think everyone in a three mile radius, would’ve detected that what he had just said was a lie. “But Darren strictly said not to let any commoners into the building.”

“Rich, he isn’t exactly a commoner. He and Lili are practically married,” Liz steps forward, her sunglasses still placed over her eyes, even though we lost the paparazzi ages ago. “And tied at the hip...In both a romantic, and kinky, way,”

“C’mon, I’m sure,” It’s the first time I’ve spoken for hours. I’m not normally the talkative type anymore, not after the...incident.

“Darren said no.” Richard says in a cold, hard and strictly just unkind tone.

“I don’t care what Darren says,” The old Noah showing through as he steps right in front of Richard and raises his arm in a threatening way, “If Lili’s walking into that building, so am I. She’s my girlfriend, she’s carrying my baby, and she’s not. Leaving. My. Sight.”

“Fine, Mr Patterson, but if Darren don’t like it, you’ll be the one explaining to him everything that I told you.”

“Good.” Noah says, grabbing my hand again, starting to pull me into the building. I look behind me and notice, Liz, Logan and Joe following, but Gabby’s just stood there, looking at her phone.

“Gabby, are you coming in?” I stop, causing Noah to stop, causing Liz, Logan and Joe to stop too.

“I’ve, ah, got to go do something,” She says kind of sheepishly, looking at all of us with an apologetic expression. “Cover for me?”

“’Course,” Liz says, then steps round me and carries on down the hall towards Daz’s office, basically dragging the two boys by their collars behind her.

“See you back home, then.” I shout over my shoulder, and then turn to face Noah, “Maybe you should wait outside. You know what Darren’s like. He can get pretty angry at times.”

“Exactly, and that’s why I’m not letting you out of my sight, ever again. I promise.”

“Lili!” Liz’s voice shouts from the direction of Daz’s office. “We’re starting. We’re already late. And Darren says to leave your boyfriend outside!”

“Looks like he already knew you were here, then.” I push him down onto one of the chairs situated down the left side of the hallway. “Just, wait. Please.”

Without another look at him, I start making my way down to Darren’s office, whilst trying to work out why Gabby decided to skip, today of all days, when we’re finding out about our tour, and stuff. What could be more important than that? She can’t be cheating on Logan, can she? If she is, I’ll personally be the one to pull out her hair. Anyway, Logan would be too upset to want to do it himself. And he’d never hurt a hair on her head, whatever she had done to anger him.

I pause; she can’t really be cheating on him, can she? The thought runs through my mind, but then I dismiss it, there’s no way she’d even think of doing that. She told me the other day things have been going on at home, her mum’s ill or something and she’s really upset about it. Maybe she needed some time alone, as we’re always all together, like, every minute of the day.

“Lili,” Noah’s voice gets louder, and I know, he’s practically sprinting after me down the hallway. “I forgot to tell you I love you.”

“You always tell me, Noah. Like something’s going to happen to you.” I pause, “Nothing’s happening to you, right? You’re not like, dying from some unknown disease, or-“

“I’m fine, Lil,” He says back, “I just love telling you I love you.” He bends his head so as he winks at me, he’s looking right into my eyes, “And I love hearing you say it back.”

“I love you too, Noah,” I look at the door I’ve arrived in front of. “Now I really must go in. I bet I’ve missed half of it, already.”

“Oh, well, if that’s the case, they won’t mind if you miss a couple minutes more, then, will they?”

He leans down and presses his lips to mine, automatically slipping his tongue into my mouth, but I push him away playfully and shake my head like I’m that disappointed in him.

“I think that has to be,” He ponders the point in his head for a couple of seconds, “Like, the first time anyone’s ever rejected kissing me, without a real reason.”

“I have a real reason,” I say, and push the door to the room open so he can’t say anything else.

As soon as I step into the room, a brown-haired bombshell basically jumps on me, and screams something I can’t hear because she’s basically shouting it right into my ear. Once Joe, and another one of his beanie hats, manages to pull her off me, finally giving me air in my lungs, she says it once again, and this time, I hear it clearly.

“Lili, we’re getting a new band member!”

Hey! Can't stay to say much, but, here's chapter 2. It's NOT edited, so sorry if there's some mistakes. I know it's short, but, I promised already to Phoebe and Alex that bits would be added over the weekend to make it longer. A whole lot of Noah in this chapter, cause I missed him, and his kick ass side.

Hope you enjoyed!
