I was currently now sitting in the wardens office while I waited for him to come back.
I had gotten called down here about ten minuets ago, and now I was just sitting in here with Alice.
"So.. Any reason he wanted me in here?" I asked her as she sat on his desk filing her nails bored.
"Yeah. He wants you to make up your mind on if you're working with us or not." She said as I looked down at my hands in my lap.
"Ooh.. Uh well yeah, as a matter of fact I did." I smiled lightly as I heard the door open and in came the warden with a big grin on his face.
(I almost typed Rebecca omg): ) "Sydney!" He said happily as I smiled a bit at him.
"Hi," I said. "You wanted to see me?" I asked him as he sat down in his chair as Alice quickly moved out of the way and over to the door.
"Yes! Now, have you made up your mind yet?" He asked smiling.
"Yeah. I chose to work for you. It's too boring just sitting in the cell all day with that dip ass stingray." I giggled rolling my eyes.
"Great! You'll be on guard duty with Alice! Is that okay with you both?" He asked with a grin as I smiled at her nervously.
I hope she didn't mind. "Yeah that's perfect. Finally another girl to talk to." Alice smiled as I laughed sheepishly.
"Yeah." I said as the warden handed me a new uniform. It was the same as Alice's.
"Oh, thanks." I said with a small smile as I held onto the soft fabric. "Alright well Alice can start your job training! You girls go have fun!" He said shooing us out of the room.
"So, Sydney right?" Alice asked me as I nodded. "Yep." I smiled as she grinned.
"Cool, I'm glad you're working with us now. It's so boring without somebody to talk to." She rolled her eyes as I smiled a bit. "Yeah, I'm stuck with fish face in a cell all day. How do you think I feel?" I asked as she laughed.
"Yeah he can get pretty annoying." She said as I giggled. "He's got a weird charm though." I mumbled as she raised a brow.
"Yuck. Don't start to fall for that creep. He'll probably just use you, he tends to coax people allot. Ive known him for a long time working here." She said as I gave a small look of curiosity.
"Really?" I asked as she nodded. "Yeah. He's insane." She said as I shrugged and kept walking around with her.
"Anyways, so is it hard to work here?" I asked her as she shrugged. "Eh. Not really. Just really annoying and boring." She mumbled as we walked around the corner. "But just stick with me, and you'll have this place figured out like the back of your hand.. Well.. The hallways I mean. You never really know what's going to happen at superjail." She said as I made a crooked frown.
