They all went inside and were immediately faced with the King and Queen. Leila straightened up as soon as she saw her parents. The others followed a few feet behind. Lio closer than the rest to Leila, because she was his guide.

"I am here, mother and father." Leila spoke with seriousness and a very stern voice. Everyone seemed to almost cower at the seriousness in her voice.

"I have called on you, for your report on the human world and its' affairs." The Queen spoke with more power and stern in her voice. Everyone seemed to flinch.

"Yes, mother. There still seems to be a conflict with the werewolves and humans. The humans don't appear to be much of a threat. They are still fairly weak and don't know much of the other worlds. The werewolves could stand a small threat in terms of strength. They still don't know very much magic and are no threat in those terms. The witches all seem to be neutral. They could become a threat in the future. Elves are becoming a threat. They are becoming stronger and are learning a little too much. They have become knowledgeable in magic and other races. That is all in my report, mother and father." Leila spoke with much authority.

"Yes, thank you Leila. I see you have brought a blind elf with you. Why?" The King asked.

"I have found him and decided he could be useful. You are not to touch him. He is under my care. You are not to touch any of them. I will take responsibility for any problem they cause."

"Very well. Go to your room and wait until I send for someone to fetch you." Leila's mother said. Leila grabbed Lio's hand and led the three of them to her room.

"Am I really just here because you thought I would be useful?" Lio asked looking very hurt.

"I am so sorry! I had to say that or they would have thrown you into the dungeon, or worse....Killed!" She said raising her voice with a concerned look on her face.

"What were they talking about? What do they mean 'report on the human world affairs'? Is that why you were in the human world!" Audrey asked, looking confused.

"I'm very sorry, Audrey. I am in the human world, because of you. You are my best friend. I wanted to be near you. You were my first friend. In order to stay in the human world, I had to have progress reports on all the races. I only wanted to stay by your side." Leila began to feel very sad.

"It's fine. I was just confused. So, what are we gonna do?"

"You can ask me any questions you guys want." Leila replied.

~Time skip until next day~

The four of them went back to the human world, only to discover a month had passed.

"How did so much time fly? It felt like we were only there for a day!" Audrey yelled.

"Oh, sorry. I forgot to tell you guys. One day in the demon world is one month in the human world." Leila said. She started to laugh and had a big grin planted on her face.

When they got back, it was around 8pm so they all decided to call it a night. Audrey and Leila slept in Audrey's bed, and Akio and Lionus slept on the floor.

Skipping the mall part, and on to the next

Lionus was the first to awake of the four. He yawned and stretched. As he did so he felt something off. He got up and crawled over to the bed Audrey and Leila were sleeping in.

He crawled over and found Leila by her tail. He dragged his hand up her.
