going down was awkward, jeongguk had realized his grip was still on jimin and quickly pulled away as he was still in the lead.

"uh, jeongguk," jimin spoke up and stopped, "why did you stop me?" jeongguk turned around to face jimin as he continued, "why did you tell me to die then stop me from doing so? i thought you wanted me dead."

the words were hard at first were hard to spit out until jeongguk collected himself and answered, "i was jealous. i was afraid you were going to replace me in the group, so i tried to push you away. then i started to fall for you which made me more upset but it went too far to the point you were going to end your life. i guess i stopped you because my liking for you was larger than my hatred for you."

suddenly blush appeared on jeongguk's face as he realized he had just confessed to jimin. "i-i sorry, -i mean-" before jeongguk could finish jimin had his arms around the younger boy. jeongguk's mouth froze as did his mind, it took him a minute to realize jimin was hugging him until he returned the hug.

"i'm sorry for hurting you," jeongguk said.

jimin pulled away from the hug, "did you forget? i have already forgiven you, you don't have to keep apologizing to me," a smile formed on jimin's lips.

"jimin hyung?" jeongguk asked, "should i apologize for my developing feelings for you?"

their eyes looked into each other's in seriousness, then one's flickered to the other's lips then back at the eye contact until he leaned forward and captured the boy's lips. the hug tightened as the kiss began to heat until the call for oxygen was needed.

"no. you shouldn't apologize because i would have to too."

"you like me?" asked jeongguk surprised, "but i was horrible to you."

"love is blind, that i can only see the good in you," said jimin, "until it was clear that you wanted me dead, so i thought if i loved you that much i was willing to kill myself because you wanted that."

jeongguk cupped jimin's face, "i don't want that," he said, "please don't."

jimin smiled and took jeongguk's hand that was on his face and intertwined it with his, "don't worry i won't," he said and gave jeongguk a peck on the cheek, "let's go before everyone thinks you killed me."
