"what were you thinking?" jimin asked taehyung as they arrived at taehyung's place, "why would you beat up jeongguk? he's a baby for crying out loud!"

"he wanted you dead!" taehyung yelled back, "doesn't that bother you?! how someone wants you dead!?"

"he did! but not anymore, he-"

"he what? loves you? bullshit. you know he wouldn't he is probably saying that-"

namjoon's hand came to his mouth in shock as yoongi's eyes widened to what he had just witnessed. taehyung held his cheek, "why did you slap me?" he asked hurtfully.

"because you should what comes out of your mouth, you don't know him that well enough to say something like that."

suddenly namjoon's phone rang. the atmosphere cleared as namjoon answered the call from jin. "what?"

everyone looked at him, wondering what he was talking about.

"uh, yeah. okay. okay, see you."

namjoon looked up at everyone, making at one point eye contact with him before speaking, "jeongguk is in the hospital."  jimin was the first to move, he went to the door, yoongi went after him while namjoon stayed with taehyung.

"are you okay?" he asked taehyung who was still holding his cheek, "no," he said, "i'm not okay hyung."

"he's in a coma," jin said, "either taehyung is stronger than i thought he was or jeongguk is weaker than i expected. either way, jeongguk lost a lot a blood and taehyung hit him multiple times on the head."

jimin's eyes watered as he saw jeongguk's lips split, cuts and bruises on his cheek and face. jimin's heart fell. "doctor's doubt he will wake up." the tears rolled down his cheeks, "don't die jeongguk, "jimin whispered as he held jeongguk's hand, "if i didn't die, you can't either."

"the doctor said if he doesn't wake up in two days," jin said as his voice started to trail off, "well, he won't ever."

"come on jimin," jin said after an hour spending the hospital, "visiting hours are over and we need to go. you need to sleep."

jimin frowned and tightened his grip on jeongguk's hand one last time before letting it go, "okay hyung," he said sadly and followed jin out of the room, "don't worry," jin said, "you can visit him tomorrow."

the words of jin went through one ear of jimin's then out the other as they walked to his truck as his mind was full of prayers that jeongguk would wake up.

"he can't die," jimin thought, "if he does, then i will too."
