Ethan took me to his apartment. I instantly sunk into the couch, exhausted.

"What do you want to eat?" Ethan asked walking to the kitchen that was connected to the living room.

"Nothing," I grumbled covering my face.

"You're eating. Please?"

"Surprise me."

"Hey, how about you get a shower while I try to make something? You'll feel better." He said walking toward me.

"I don't have clothes, or anything for that matter," I confessed.

"I'll find you some clothes for tonight," Ethan piped up and walked to his room.

I'm safe here. I'm with Ethan. Away from Eric. It'll be okay. It IS okay.

"Here, I hope this is okay." Ethan handed me a pair of black joggers and a pastel pink t-shirt.

"Thank you," I smiled.

The warm water felt wonderful. It's amazing how a shower can make you feel like a real human being again. And the fact that I don't have to rush makes it even better. Once I was done my arms were red from how hot the water was and the mirror was foggy. Ethan's clothes were a little baggy but it was manageable. I walked into the kitchen to smell grilled cheeses and tomato soup.

"I don't smell anything burning so I think you did good Chef Nestor."

"There's that sarcasm that I know and love from (Y/N)!" he cheered making me a plate.

I giggled as he handed me the food.

"Thank you, I'm already feeling much better."

"That's what I'm here for!" he said doing a little spin before sitting in front of me.

We ate in comfortable silence for awhile till Ethan had an idea.

"Take my bed tonight if you want and I'll sleep on the couch."

"I-I couldn't do that you're doing enough," I stuttered.

"Of course I can, off to bed now shoo!" he got up and dramatically waved his hands for me to go.

"Yes SIR." I yelled running to his bedroom. It was small and cozy with his all black decor. The covers were soft and smelled like Ethan. I melted into the bed.

"(Y/N)?" Ethan called opening the door no more than five minutes after last seeing me.

"Hmmm?" I hummed half asleep.

"I forgot to get clothes to sleep in, sorry."

Ethan's point of view

(Y/N) looked so peaceful sleeping I'm glad I didn't really wake her.

I open my dresser drawer and grab some clothes. I turn to see (Y/N) curled up in a ball.

"Goodnight," I whispered but she was already out.

I'm so glad to know she's with me and safe. Away from Eric and all that pain she has been going through. I'm gonna make sure she can laugh and have fun as long as she's with me. (Y/N) means a lot to me and I want her happy.
