Black Panther

The plan

After wondering the wasteland for several days, we saw a chopper in the sky. Scarlet flew up to the chopper to get a closer look, and it belonged to Mr Madman.  We decided to follow it.

 After a while, a building came into site. It had ten stories and was painted a consistent white. It had a fenced off area around the entrance, with guard towers at each corner. There was a huge gate at the entrance, and every now and then a tank or jeep would exit or enter. It was a place we could never forget. It was Mr Madman's headquarters.

Scarlet and I hid in a nearby cave, which had a ledge where you could get a clear view of the compound. We sat down inside, pulled some pens and paper out of our rucksacks, and started to make a plan.

"Right, so all we need to do is get to the core. It's what powers all the robots, and the base. It's also highly unstable. If we rigged it to explode, then we would be sacrificing ourselves..." I finished glumly.

"What if we planted a remote explosive at the core?" suggested Scarlett.

"Do we have one?" I asked, as Scarlett pulled one out of her pack. I looked at her in awe. "What else do you have in there?"

"I have my secrets." she answered, winking.

"You fucking ninja!" I chuckled. I took a deep breathe and looked over to the base. "Here we go Scar. The place we were tested on. The place that brought us together. This could kill us. You have Tommy. You have friends. You have a life." I looked at her. "Are you sure you wanna go through with this?"

 Scarlett nodded. "So do you Jo. We have to do this. We can't let what happened to us happen to others. We have to stop him, no matter what the cost." she said, holding back tears. I nodded and fist bumped with her.

"Let's do this shit." We nodded and looked upon what could possibly be our downfall.
