May 31, the last day of school before a three day weekend. All you had to do was get through the day. The bell kept ringing every hour.

"I just want to leave so bad" you thought while walking to your last class. Eighth period, you had math. You were hoping your teacher would just let you leave. Your math teacher was the type of teacher that didn't really care about anything. You heard she got fire and wasn't coming back next year. You weren't questioning why because considering the fact you only learned like two things throughout the year, but that's a different story.

You sat down next to your friend Bella, "Hey, do you think if we asked Mrs. Seragina do you think she'll let us leave?" You asked.

"I don't know, but we can try and ask." Bella responded

"Ok, lets go for it." You walked up to Mrs. Seragina. "Hey Mrs. S. So we were wondering if we can leave early, both of us don't want to be here any more."

"Hell yeah! You guys can definitely leave." She responded. She gave you and Bella a hug and after, you walked out of the class and started to walk home. It was kind of a far walk so you plugged your headphones in a put on your favorite song. You thought of DMing Jace Norman just to see if he would respond. You've DMed him before but he never responded.

You finally got home and changed into a pair of sport shorts and a t-shirt. You sat down on the couch with some food and turned on the TV. You kept flipping through the channels and just put on Zoey 101 since there was nothing else good on. Your phone buzzed and you got a notification from Instagram. After logging onto you phone and going onto the Instagram app, you checked your DMs and Jace responded!

"AHHHHH OH MY GOSH!" You screamed. Your mom came running up the stairs.

"(Y/N), what's wrong? Is everything ok?" Your mom asked.

"Yea everything is fine, everything is just great. Jace responded to my DM!"

"Oh, I thought something actually happened." You looked at your mom while she walked back down stairs.

"Well it might not be important to you" You thought.

You read your DMS:

Hopefully he responds again. You were skeptical because getting a response twice was so rare, getting even a response once is so insane.

While sitting there watching TV, you fell asleep and woke up around 6 pm. You picked up your phone and went onto Instagram. You had a notification you had a DM again. Your heart started to speed up again wondering if something so great would happen to you again. And guess what, it was Jace again!

After that, you knew that a dream of yours had come true. That was the best day ever.
