‘James,’ Sirius whispered. ‘I think I know why my favourite colour is blue.’ He smiled over at the stunning blue-head who had just walked in with Pete and a new girl with red hair. Her sapphire eyes flicked between the boy called Sirius next to Dumbledore and him. Sirius ran a hand through his hair, nervous under her scrutiny.

James laughed a truly happy sound. The boy called Pete muttered something about the moon and ran out. ‘Sirius?’ the girl said slowly a slight tint of anger in her voice, staring at James, who nodded. The girl’s whole face lit up reluctuntly. ‘Sirius!’ she said again and ran over to throw her arms around him. If Sirius died now, he’d die happy.

He hugged her back, grinning, despite the intense pain in his rib, and could have sworn he felt her kiss his cheek. She pulled away slightly, grinning as she stared him straight in the eye. Whatever she saw there made her smile widen. She leaned forward again and pressed her lips to his. A tingle went through James’ entire body, and something about the gesture felt so right that he never wanted to let her go. ‘I love you,’ she said firmly.

Sirius' grin started to fall he stared at this girl who looked so much like the one he thought he loved. ‘Your not her,’ he said, brushing a strand of hair out of his face. The girl in front of him and stopped smiling Sirius could see her reaching in her pocket for the stick no wand he corrected himself.

‘What's did you say?’ she asked, before producing her wand in her hand.

‘Immobulus,’ Dumbledorea shouted aiming at "Orla".

The girl jumped, then froze her face frozen in horror. Everyone watched as the girl started twitching to reveil not a girl at all but a man who was short and stubby with a round face and beady eyes.

Dumbledore was watching the exchange curiously, as was the man with the funny eye. ‘Hello, Mr Moody,’ the girl with red hair said with a sheepish smile. She glared at the other Sirius and he glared right back. It reminded him of the way Voldemort had stared at him, and Sirius was suddenly very glad the other Sirius didn’t have his wand.

‘Mr Black, the one with Miss Evans and Mr Potter’ Dumbledore said with a faint smile. ‘Could you perhaps tell me how you were able to tell that was not Miss Blue?’

Sirius thought for a moment trying to sive through what little memories he had then it clicked.

"Well she was there... you know with me... in the basment... then they took her away... and I didn't see her again... they brought in another girl... she knew me and James... I think... she had short red hair with... pale skin and red eyes" Sirius explained.

Dumbledore's face paled to almost the same shade as the girl's. He took at his wand waved it and a silvery phoienix appeared out of it

"Got to each of the other members and tell them of what Mr Black has just said" Dumbledore spoke to the phoenix before it disappeared.

"So have you all decided just because he gave you some memory that he's me" the other Sirius burst out. Everyone looked at him obviously forgeting that he was there.

‘This imposter doesn’t even know my birthday,’ the other Sirius grumbled. Evans and James sent him dirty looks.

‘That imposter doesn’t even know Paddy’s favourite animal,’ James said, as if this was incredibly offensive.

‘So we’re both imposters,’ the other Sirius said, throwing his hands up in the air. ‘This is ridiculous, Professor!’

‘I’m not an imposter,’ Sirius said, frowning at him.

The other boy just sighed, rolling his hazel eyes. ‘Whoever he is, he isn’t very intelligent,’ he mused.

James opened her mouth to say something. ‘That’s enough,’ Dumbledore said calmly. James’ mouth snapped shut again.
