Kaelyn

"The bus comes at 3." Kain said to me. I nodded, getting out of his car. He drove away immediately. I looked at the empty bus stop.

"Which bus stop?" Daniel asked through the phone. I looked around instantly recognizing my surroundings.

"Down the road from my school." I answered.

"Trey is over that way looking for you, I'll send him to get you. We're about 30 minutes away." Keshion said.

"Okay." I mumbled sitting on the bench. I looked at my phone.

It's was 2:32, and my phone was on 2%.

"My phone is about to die, so don't trip if it goes out." I told them.

"Okay. Just sit tight." Keshion said. We all waited in silence for a while. A car began to pull up.

"I think I see Trey." I said.

"Alright baby make sure." Daniel said. The car stopped, and the driver's door opened. He stepped out, and I hopped up, running towards the school.

"I love the chase baby girl. You know it's my favorite part!" Elijah called after me. Tears were filling my eyes, and my vision was getting blurry. I heard feet behind me.

Keshion

"Alright baby make sure." Daniel said to Kaelyn. She didn't reply before the call was ended. We dialed Trey's number.

"You made it to Kaelyn yet?" I asked.

"I made it to the bus stop yeah, but It's just some car here and no Kaelyn." He said

"What the fuck do you mean 'no Kaelyn'?" Daniel asked.

We heard the sound of gun shots, and coughing.

"Trey!" We both yelled into the phone.

"Boo-fucking-hoo I just put yo nigga on a t-shirt. Maybe you'll get a two for one discount when Elijah finds that sister of yours." A voice said into the phone.

"Starling this is between us. Leave Kaelyn out of it." Daniel said.

"I don't give a fuck about your bitch. Just hope Elijah don't violate her too bad by the time Crow gets his money."

With that, Starling hung up. I pressed my foot on the gas, headed straight towards the school.

Kaelyn

I ran into the gym, into the boys locker room. I sat there for ten minutes trying to catch my breath.

"You find her yet?" I heard

"Nah, but it's only a few places left to check. I'll be right out." I heard Elijah say. He walked into the locker rooms.

"Alright do what you got to do before you bring her to the car nigga. Once she's in Crow's possession, she's dead."

I watched Elijah walk to the showers before I ran for the door, his head snapped in my direction.

I ran for the gym doors, but he caught me. He pressed my body against the wall and his gun into my side.

"Found you. Now, you know how the game goes. I found you. Now,I want you on your knees."

"No." I stated. He poked the gun into cheek .

"Wasn't a question." He said. The tear threatened to pour from my eyes.

"Please Elijah. Anything else." I begged.
