Love Between Paladins (Shiro X Pidge)

Pidge's POV

I slowly start to wake up. Thinking I was in my room I try to sit up to stretch. But I was pulled back down against a solid chest. I start to freak out a bit before seeing the black blankets. I sign softly relaxing against his chest.

I soon feel him shift in his sleep. Shiro then places his face against my neck muttering something I couldn't understand. I just shrug it off letting him snuggle me a bit. Even though I'm blushing really bad. My face is probably bright red by now.

"Hmm...Pidge?"shiro questioned.

"Yeah its me shiro."I blush more.

I feel his arms move away from my body. I look up to see shiro was sitting up rubbing his face.

He looks at me and smiles. "How's your ankle Pidge."

I bite my inner cheek, blushing. "Its ok  its not in that much pain today but shouldn't we be worried about who turned the lights off."I smile lightly

I see him run his fingers threw his black and white hair. "I guess your right Pidge." He stands up to let me off his bed.

I move to the side of his bed putting my feet on the ground. I search for my glasses. When I did find them I grab them putting them on and stands up.

We exit his room. I walk next to him since his prosthetic arm/ hand light up the way so we could reach the kitchen without hitting any walls on the way.

Once we got there hunk and Keith were already there. Hunk was the first one to notice we had entered the room.

"PIDGE! your ok!" Hunk said smiling at us.

"Why wouldn't I be ok hunk all I had was a twisted ankle from knocking down shiro here." I elbow shiro smirking up at him.

Shiro coughed a bit obviously embarrassed. "That was true but that doesn't matter right now, now wheres lance."

"Lance is probably still having his "beauty sleep". " Keith said coldly.

"Ok while you guys talk about that I'm starving." I smile grabbing some space goo. And sits down at the table to eat.

I ignore them as I ate but I did notice shiro looking at me once in a while. Once I was done I stand up.

"While you guys talk about that I'm going to head down to the lions hanger to try and do some upgrades."

With that I left the kitchen. As I walked down the dark hall ways I feel that I am being followed so I start to walk faster.

Once I made it to the lions hanger I look behind me seeing nothing behind me makes me worry that maybe I was going crazy.

I shrug it off and goes to my computer. After what seemed like two hours I got that feeling again. I ignore it as I continue to work on my computer.

I felt a shiver go up my spine before something grabs me. I scream at the top of my lungs so to notifie the rest of the group. Then everything went black.

Shiro's POV

I had been wondering the halls after hunk, Keith, and I made a plan.

Not long after I hear a scream. Knowing that scream I knew it was Pidge. So I run to the lions hanger once I got there I saw Pidge knocked out on the floor her glasses a foot or two away from her.

I quickly ran to her side scooping her up in my arm having her head rested against my shoulder.

I grabbed her glasses and ran down to my room. I hear her whimper a bit making me look down at her worried.

"What happened to you Pidge" I whisper to myself as I set her down on my bed running my fingers threw her short hair.

I set her glasses on my night stand again. I kneel next to my bed after pulling my blanket over her. I watch her for a while before laying my head on my arms that were on the bed.

I look at her sleeping face. It looks so peaceful while shes sleeping making me smile at her. I gently hold her hand in mine.

I had not noticed I feel asleep until I feel a hand squeeze mine. I open my eyes to look up.

I see Pidge look at me smiling sleeply. "hay Pidge are you ok?" I ask in a soft voice.

"I have a slight headache but everything else is fine." she said in a quiet voice.

"Do you remember what happened to you. I found you knocked out cold on the floor in the lions hanger."I look at her still worried about her.

"I dont remember much but I do remember someone grabbing me." She then groans a bit rubbing her temple.

I squeeze her hand. "Its ok you dont have to say anymore. Your safe now. No need to worry." I tell her so she won't stress herself out more.

I stand up and sat next to her on my bed. "How about you get some more sleep and I'll get a damp cloth to put over your forehead." I gently kiss her head and left my room towards the bathroom.

Once I got to the bathroom I grab a wash cloth and gets it wet with cold water. I left the bathroom walking back to my room.

As I walked into my room I noticed she had fallen back asleep so I gently set the wet cloth on her forehead. I sit on the ground to let her sleep.
