reader's pov.

the lights were all off in the apartment. i came home, expecting a lively taehyung asking me about my day. but he was nowhere to be seen.

as i walked into the bedroom, i noticed the light illuminating from the walk in closet. i chuckled, knowing he was probably in there.

and so i tiptoed to the door, slowly opening it to avoid making any loud noise.

i found him, sound asleep on the small couch in the corner of the walk-in. i smiled at the sight.

i sat on the edge of seat, next to his legs while almost stepping on the camera he had left on the floor. with caution, i picked it up, knowing that he would hate me if i ever broke it.

i scrolled through its gallery, in awe of his photos. he was talented for sure.

"baby," i heard him groan.

in an instant, i looked over, only to be met with a flash of light. i slightly gasped, standing up while doing so.

"taehyung!"

he laughed, holding up his phone to show that he had taken a picture of me.

"that's what you get for coming in and not even giving me a kiss." he complained.

"yah! i didn't want to disturb you." i said. "you seemed really tired."

"i took pictures all day with my new camera. did you see them?"

i smiled, "i was looking at them earlier."

"don't you think they deserve a kiss?" taehyung smirked.

i rolled my eyes. "you think everything you do does."

he pouted.

"you're ridiculous," i said.

nevertheless, i leaned in closer to give him one. suddenly, i felt a tug on my arm as i was pulled onto the side of him. his arms snaked around my waist.

"sorry, i had to." he grinned.

his hold was strong, as i felt his fingers caress my back. i slightly shivered while staring back into his eyes.

"hey, (y/n)?"

"hm?" I responded.

"i love you."

taehyung leaned in, pulling me into a hungry kiss. it was sudden, but i was able to react. his lips were warm, and incredibly soft. i could almost drown in his touch.

abruptly, he grinned against my lips, breaking the kiss. once again, his arms tightly held me as i snuggled up against his chest.

"tae?"

"yeah?"

"i love you too."

taehyung being passionate about photography is hands down, my favorite concept. don't @ me.

anyway, this is the first one shot! *awkwardly applauds and jumps out of excitement*
