The Chat

Elena POV

"Okay.....here we go...." I sighed.

I opened the door thinking that my family was there but instead I find a handsome guy with a black suite. I'm guessing he's the prince I thought.

So I walked over to him and curtsied and said, "H-hi my name is Princess Elena. Welcome to Avalor." The prince smiled and bowed.

"It is honor to meet you Princess Elena, I'm Prince Alonso of Cordoba. Avalor is a lovely place to be. Thank you for inviting me here." Wow he is a Prince Charming I thought.

"Um....so what shall we do now?" I asked Alonso."

He said, "I don't know Avalor very much....I was wondering if maybe you like to show me around..."

" Of course, we need an escort. Gabe! Hector!" Gabe and Hector appeared.

"Yes your majesty" Gabe said.

"Can you guys escort me and Prince Alonso as I show him around?"

"Yes, Princesa" Hector said. And we went off. First we went to the garden on the back at the castle. We chat for a while. Then I decided to show him around the castle. I told Gabe and Hector to wait outside and to not worry about us. This guy is super sweet! I like him....well not like like him....yet but like him....I wonder what's going to happen next!

Gabe POV

Elena and Alonso are spending an awful lot of time with each other. I'm starting to feel jealous and sad at myself for not being born royalty because with that, I at least could of have a chance with her if I was a prince. I sadly waited for Elena and Alonso. They took a long time inside and starting to get a little impatient....

Elena POV

I showed Alonso almost every room in the castle, the drawing room, the music room, the dining room, etc. He's a nice guy to talk to.... He asked me if we can go back to the garden. I agreed. So when we went outside I told Gabe and Hector that we will be going back to the garden. I wonder why he asked to go back there?

No one POV

Elena, Alonso, Gabe, and Hector went back to the garden.

Alonso inquired to Elena, "Can you tell your guards to leave us alone for a minute?" Elena answered,

"Sure....Gabe, Hector please stay right here we'll be back"

Gabe and Hector nodded, "Yes Princess" they said in unison and stayed there. Elena and Alonso walked and talk for a while.

"So....what's it like to be crowned princess?" he asked.

Elena replied, "Well at first it was a little difficult but now it's getting easier now...."

"Well, in order to make it easier for you, you have to have a king by your side." said Alonso.

"Well yeah but I'm still too young for that now" Elena replied. Alonso smiled and pulled her towards a beautiful fountain where he made a heart with roses.

He then hold her hand and said, "Elena, you are a perfect girl who is sweet, confident, and very pretty and now that I know you very well, I just wanted to ask you something..." Elena got nervous.

Alonso kneeled down and said, "I know it's too early for this but maybe....just maybe in the future.....would you like....to.....marry me? In the future of course, like when you're crowned queen" Elena was shocked. Did-did he just propose for me?! Elena thought. She didn't know what to say. She kept staring at him.

Elena stuttered, "Um....I-I...."
