Chapter 5

Daniel threw down the shirt disgustedly. This was the hundredth shirt he had tried on and he was pretty sure he was on his fiftieth pair of jeans. He was freaking out about what to wear today. He knew it didn't matter, he knew Logan wouldn't be looking at his clothes but he still wanted to look good for him. How much more pathetic could he be.

"Yo Bro you're gonna be late, didn't Logan want to meet at 10 it's already 9:45."

Daniel turned around to see Jack sitting on his bed eyeing the pile of clothes strewn across his room.

"What the fuck are you doing! " Jack asked. " You're not going to a damn pageant why can't you choose what to wear? "

Daniel flipped him off and quickly removed the pair of jeans he had on throwing them onto the already large the pile.

A few months ago he wouldn't have been this comfortable in boxers only around Jack. When he just joined the group he had a horrible crush on the guy and could hardly be around him without popping a boner. For a while it seemed as though Jack liked him too but he guessed that was wishful thinking on his part. He eventually got over it and now Jack was one of his closest friends.

"What kinda underwear do you have on? Why does it make your bulge look so good! I know for a fact you don't have a bulge! "

Daniel glared at Jack. It was just like him to say something stupid like that.

" You're so fucking gay Jack I knew you were eyeing me. "

" Fuck off Seavey, you're not even my type, you're ass isn't big enough. "

Daniel was tempted to throw something at fucker.

" Soooooooo", Jack said suspiciously.

Daniel braced himself knowing that something completely annoying was going to come out of his mouth.

"You're spending the day with Logan."

"Yes I am, so what? "

" Oh nothing, have fun I know you'll enjoy it. "

" What the fuck is that supposed to mean! "

Jack didn't answer but instead laughed and hurried out of the room before Daniel get to him. He hoped that didn't mean what he thought it did. No one knew he was gay!

Daniel knew that being gay was no longer something people had to hide. The strides made in getting equality for the LGBTQ community was amazing. He was out to his family and friends back home. He had no idea however, how to come out to his band mates. He had absolutely no idea how they would react. Better safe than sorry.

He was so frustrated at this point that he just chose a shirt and a pair of jeans from the mess and through them on. He checked his hair, got on a pair of shoes and left the house.

Daniel spotted Logan before Logan had seen him. He was standing and just talking into his vlog camera. He looked so fucking sexy it made Daniel ache. He was wearing his signature maverick hoodie with grey sweatpants. Grey sweatpants!

Daniel walked over to him and tapped him on his back. He laughed as Logan jumped, seemingly startled but Daniel knew it was just for the vlog.

" Damnit Daniel! Don't you know not to sneak up on a beast! "

Daniel laughed at that. Logan was always saying the funniest shit.

" Well don't you know not to walk and vlog! "

" Fuck you Daniel! You wouldn't know this vlog life! "

Daniel continued to laugh as Logan put the camera down and hugged him. Damn Logan's arms felt right around him. Like they belonged there. Daniel felt as though the hug went on a little longer than was normal but knew it was probably his imagination. Just as he probably imagined Logan's breath hitching during said hug.

" So where are we going? ", Daniel asked quickly. He was eager to start the day before he could mess it up by showing how awkward he is.

" I'm thinking I want some place with really nice cars so I thought we could go to a car dealership that specializes in luxury cars. It's like a fifty minute drive", Logan answered.

"Alright let's go! "

Daniel approached Logan's car and nearly fell as he realised Logan was holding his door open for him. Oh God he couldn't take this! He shyly said thanks as Logan smiled at him. He slid into the car and tried to get himself under control before Logan went around to the driver's side.

Daniel wondered again for the millionth time if Logan had any idea what he did to him. If he wasn't a hundred percent certain Logan was straight then he would have thought Logan liked him too.

He was always smiling at Daniel and hugging him. Even Zach commented once that Logan hugged him alot more than he did the others. No wonder he has a crush on the dude.

"Are you ready to go? "

Logan's question brought him out of his internal struggle. He nodded and went to put his seat belt on. Let's get this day started.

Logan is pretty sure this was one of the best days of his life. Being with Daniel all day was both perfect and torture. He had wanted to kiss him so many times that he had to make a conscious effort to not pull the kid into his chest and open his lips with his tongue.

Logan knew he could no longer lie to himself. He wanted Daniel Seavey! He wanted him in his arms, on his lap........ in his bed. The kicker was he had absolutely no idea if Daniel was even gay.

They had just finished all they had to do for the day and he didn't want the day to end, he wasn't ready for it to.

"Hey Daniel we're finished but if you want to come back to my place we can just chill a bit there. "

Logan noticed how Daniel reddened then looked away. This is a bad idea.

" Oh it's fine don't worry, I'll take you home. "

" No! "

Logan was surprised at the force of Daniel's answer.

" I want to go back to your place. "

Logan nodded and swallowed hard as he started leading them to his apartment. He doesn't know how but the atmosphere of the day had changed and he had no idea what it meant.

Logan ushered Daniel inside the apartment as they got to it. Daniel had been in the apartment a million times with the rest of the band but never alone. Logan faltered a bit at the sight of Daniel on his couch, he looked like he belonged there. Logan couldn't imagine how good he'd look on his bed.
"Do you want something to drink, we could watch a movie if you're up for it or we could just not doing anything that's fine too.... "

" Yea I'd like to watch a movie and yea I'd like a drink", Daniel answered cutting off Logan's rambling.

Logan smacked himself internally for being so fucking awkward. He got the drink for Daniel and put a random movie on. He sat on the same couch Daniel was on, but was careful to not sit too close to him.

Logan was pretty sure he spent more time looking at Daniel than the actual movie. How the hell were his lips so nice! As he thought that Daniel turned and looked at him and their eyes locked. Logan knew he should look away but he couldn't. Daniel's beautiful eyes were holding him captive.

Logan watched Daniel's skin flush red and could hear the change in his breathing. He was definitely not immune to what was happening between them. Logan knew then that
he had to taste Daniel's lips right then and there. He raised has hand and ran his fingers along Daniel's cheek. If it was possible to get more red than he already was he knew Daniel would have. Logan moved his hand to the back of Daniel's neck and started pulling him in....... Until the door to his apartment busted open.

"Ayo Bro! "
