BETRAYAL ( A Pjo/HoO Fanfiction)

Piper, Calypso and Hazel were remembering. They remembered their life before, travelling through time and space with their father, Chaos and theur mother, who's face was still hidden from them. They remembered the time they were made primordials in front of the whole of Void, their home planet. They remembered playing with Aunt Nyx and their Uncle Order along Sunset Shard Beach on summer nights.

When everyone else had come too, they looked around, jaws hanging open so wide a fly could have flown down their throats. Only Piper Calypso and Hazel stood there, smirking at their earth-born friends. 'So! Like our home?' Hazel asked them. 'How is this your home? You were born on Earth! Your parents are mortals and gods!' Percy said. 'To be honest, thats what the gods and mortals that raised them thought. My girls are not demigods. They are actually primordials, blessed by Hades that little backstabber. He knew who my daughters were, so he made a promise to protect them, only to betray them in the end. I guess he forgot what I told him if he turned against the void family.' Chaos replied. 'Now, I have brought the rest of you here to give you a once in a lifetime offer.' 'And what would that be Lord Chaos?' the twins asked. 'Why to be a part of my elite army of course! So what do you say?'

--time skippity-do to a few hours later--

When the rest of the group had accepted, Chaos had blasted them with energy, making them double over from the pain. When it subsided, he gave them their new titles. 'From now on, you will be known as Omega, god of earthquakes and destruction(percy), Epsilon, god of flames(leo), Shifter, god of shapechanging(frank), and you two: Thief(travis) and Outlaw (connor) will be the twin gods of thievery and treachery. 3 of my daughters of course are Star, primordial of galaxies and betrayal(piper) Angel, primordial of life and betrayal(calypso), and Jewel(hazel), primordial of curses and betrayal.'
With that, Chaos left the children, Jewel, Angel and Star close behind. 'So... What do we do now? Sit here and do NOTHING?' Leo asked. 'Imma guess we test out our new powers. Hopefully Ha-Jewel, Cal-Angel and Pi-that is, Star will come help direct us where to go.' Shifter replied tiredly. However, once he said that, a young girl of about 6 poked her head around the corner of the room. She looked normal, except for glittering wings on her back and stars in her hair. 'I can help! Follow me!' she said in a brave voice. She then ran off giggling to herself. The 5 followed, only to stumble over each other. For on their backs were huge wings of different colors slowing them down. Then Epsilon decided to shove himself in front, following his girlfriend, her sisters and the girl. When he passed, he heard snickers from his friends. 'What? Whats so funny?' he snapped. The others minus Shifter, only laughed harder. ''uummm you sort of grew horns.' Shifter nervously told him. True enough, when Epsilon felt his head, large horns jutted from his skull. 'Well you guys are no different! Look!' he told them as they passed a lake. The others looked, and sure enough,
They each had different traits as well. Omega's shadow was a three-headed beast(chimera) and the twins each had the ears and tail of a coyote. When Omega turned, the shadow was gone, having melted back into the tattoo on his arm. 'Woah what's this?' he asked. The others had no answer and instead looked to their own, each resembling their animal inside the mark of Chaos, which was a black diamond. They then realized they had lost Epsilon and the girl because it was certainly bit later than it was when those 2 had left for their rooms. They decided to just figure it out on their own using their newfound powers, seeing as Thief and Outlaw could track people easily.

Hazel pov

I had woken up in a very nice bed. It was the best sleep I ever had, and I'm happy to be reunited with my sisters and father, and today, I would finally see my mother! Yesterday Father had unlocked our powers again and I could now shift into any mythical animal I please, change my appearance, transform into pure dark energy and so much more! Star, Angel and I share the same room, and it's big enough that our wings won't be cramped! I have trouble sleeping on them though! They are black dragon-like wings with hints of red, silver and gold in them. I feel so much better now that I don't have to follow orders from a lesser being! Sorry! ADHD brain here! No change in that. No one can make me go back! EVER!

Piper pov

I woke up this morning with an ache where my wings were. How Jewel and Angel could sleep so easily is a mystery to me. I looked over and saw Jewel was just getting up but Angel was nowhere to be seen. I got up to meet her and stretched my black, star-speckled wings, glancing at my appearance in the mirror. Since our powers were re-unlocked(yes that is now a word if it wasn't before 😊 ) Jewel, Angel and I have made ourselves look identical to one another, using Jewel's old appearance as a template. We now were 5 feet tall, had silver eyes, dark bronze skin, and Jewel's frizzy hair. On top of that, we had the same clothes, and dressed the same, confusing everyone but our parents and siblings. Rose(lacy; primordial of inner beauty and broken hearts) had been taken here as well last night, and her appearance had changed to long hair tied in pigtails sprinkled with stars, glittering wings, and her tiara in her hair. She was wearing her nightgown and was half skipping half flying down the halls, her dagger in her hand. Today, Jewel and I decided to wear a black half-sleeve shirt with a gold mark of our family the Voids, black jeans and silver combat boots.

When we got downstairs in the training room, we saw Angel lounging on a spire of stone, wearing her nightgown, her gold faerie dragon perched on her shoulder and a smile in her face. Looking down, we saw Epsilon trying to sneak up on her, failing every time. Angel would pretend not to see him, boosting his confidence, then warping the spire and twisting herself and Alpha, her dragon, out of his grasp. She saw us, and instead of telling Epsilon, gave us a grin, and with it we snuck up on him and used our powers to trap him in a translucent sphere of emerald and platinum. 'HEY! LET ME OUTTA HERE! ANGEL HELP! GIVE YOUR BOYFRIEND A HAND!' he shouted through his gemstone prison. 'No way! You gotta help us! We're gonna prank the boys and our brothers and you're gonna help us!' Angel replied with a smirk on her face.

Angel pov

We had set everything up perfectly with Epsilon's help, and I had changed my appearance to match my sister's. Rose had joined in, and we even found Spear(clarisse) and got her to help as well. It was a big surprise for us because no one had told us about her disappearance, only that she had been on a quest. She told us that Annabeth and Jason--whoops! I meant Anna***** and Jas*** had told her that the Olympians had wanted to congratulate her and reward her on her bravery during the war. A bit late don't you think? Yeah, that's what she thought too. But she went along with it. When she got there, she told us her "father" Ares had disowned her after Zeus and Hera told him she was too powerful to walk the earth any longer. Only Aphrodite disobeyed Zeus' orders and brought her here, telling Chaos that Clarisse was a friend and could help. She also told us that Chaos told her that Nyx and Order were her real parents, and End, Chaos' brother, had taken her and wove the mist so thick, that the gods believed his lies when he told them that he brought Ares' lost daughter home. Fast forward a few years and the mist had unwoven, revealing the true identities of Angel, Spear, Jewel, Star and Rose. The gods had informed Jas*** and Anna***** and they had made their plan, even calling the Stolls, Frank, Leo and Percy traitors as well. 'Two birds with one stone' they called it. Clarisse told us that she was training around midday last month, and Anna***** and Jas*** had snuck up on her and knocked her out cold with the butt of Jas***'s gladius. They had told Clarisse their plan when she woke, and had advanced on her with weapons drawn. She had then managed to get out of her prison in Zeus' Fist, gone to her old cabin and grabbed her posessions, along with ambrosia and nectar. She left as quick as she could, not even telling Chris, her boyfriend, where she was going. She recounted the rest of her journey, and told us what she'd been doing while we were still on earth. Just when she finished, we heard a loud shriek coming from the boys rooms. Epsilon had sprung the prank.
