Chapter 8

Today, Drake aka Mr. Angrywolf will  be going out for some long trip. This is 'the chance!'.

A wonderful opportunity for me to escape from here. All thanks to Miss Mary who informed me about this. Its been weeks now that I haven't met my sister. To my surprise, I don't even know where I am. All I can see through my windows are trees for as far as my sight goes.

I have lots of stufff to share with Charles as soon as I meet her. The thought of meeting Charles reminded me of Mr RedMonster leaving today.
I think I should just go and check on him to know by what time he'll be leaving and I even have to get the code to unlock the doors.

I walked off my room and climbed down the stairs to the hallway.
Miss Mary was placing dishes on table, I asked her Mr StoneMan's whereabouts with hands gesture, she pointed at his room. I smiled and walked to his room taking a glass of water along. Obviously, the water is just a formality cause if it was in my hands I would probably starve him.

The door was open. He was packing some stuff in his bag. I was assured that he will be off for a very long trip.

"Ahem! Ahhemm!!"  I cleared my throat so as to get his attention. Whilst knocking at the door he looked at me and didn't respond. He just nodded.

"Are u going somewhere?"  I asked pretending I don't know any thing about his tour.

"Packing stuff just in case there is flood here."  He muttered with serious sarcasm

"What?? Oh....OK! I get that you are going but I mean where are you heading to?"  I asked curiously. He fused his eyebrows whereupon raising his left eyebrow.

"Its none of your concern!"  He retorted keeping his hands on waist and raising both eyebrows.

"I am just asking if incase there is uumm....you know.....umm...an  emergency, what am I suppose to do?"  I stuttered out while groaning mentally.

Seriously? How can I be so lame. Supposed to do?? Argh!!
I already know there are many guards out at his service. I hope he doesn't feel suspicious.

"You don't really have to worry about that. Guards will be watching like a hawk 24/7 to avoid any type of intrusion here. Don't get any ideas!!"  He snapped. I quickly turned back to get out of the room but I was still thinking for a way to know the code. I am pretty sure that he has the code feeded in his mobile. Yes!! I am such a freaking genius!! Now, I just have to get his mobile.

I started having my breakfast. I am fond of asian food because few of my friends were asian. They sometimes cooked food for me. Miss Mary knew different types of dishes. She made chapati and meat balls with curry.

Monster soon came and started having his boring breakfast. He always asks for the same: egg omelete and toasted bread with salad and cheese or butter. I noticed he kept his phone on the table.

I looked at him and smiled innocently knowing that my motive is to get along with him to escape from here easily. But this ScaryMonster didn't smile back. As usual.
He rarely smiles. I sometimes wonder if his smiling muscles are dead or the frown is the only expression he is capable of.. No actually, he doesn't even frown..he has a neutral expression which makes it all the more difficult to understand what's going on in that mind of his.
I am supposed to abide by the rules he lays, with the fear of his threat.

I got up and took the curry along. I walked to him and asked him to taste when I deliberately spilled the curry on his blazer. He stood up whilst banging at the table and yelled at me for being a careless brat.
I suddenly shook with fear hearing the loud bang. Thinking that he might harm me I quickly lowered my gaze and voice and replied that it was an accident.

He held my wrist tightly. I snapped my eyes to him.. and saw him clenching his jaw and glaring at me. If looks could kill I would have died a thousand deaths by now. When my eyes were about to pop out with fear. He hauled his hand down with anger. I took a napkin from the table and was handing it over to him when he turned on his heels and stormed off to cleanup.

This was it. I've to get the passcode now. As soon as he went I swiped open his mobile with trembling hands and quickly opened the notes and memo apps to find the code. I was shivering badly and to my astonishment I got it.

It was 1-4-7-0.

Hooray!! Successful!! I still don't believe this.

Miss Mary came running. Seeing all the mess she started cleaning everything.

I sat back on to my place and wondered for how long will he be away? I've to plan my next move now. But how? I don't even have an idea where exctly he brought me to. All I know about this place is that this is the only house here.

Its a huge villa. There's one room at the upper floor where I spent most of my days. Where I was first brought and laid. The other rooms on the first floor are more like attic. The doors itself are locked and sealed.. they look pretty creepy.

I wish, I never slipped from that bridge and rather would have died with the gun shot which missed me. Atleast I wouldn't be trapped here. Gosh! What am I even thinking... this is just a phase. I should not be so ungrareful for having this life. I'll get out of here in one piece.. COME WHAT MAY!

Mr Redpepper came and resumed his breakfast with me. I was smiling at him. He looked at me suspiciously, furrowing his eyebrows. Oh God!! I have to act normal. I looked into my plate whilst swirling the spoons around the plate.

He thinks no one can outsmart him. Huh!! I did it! Young man, you'll be soon gifted with a surprise or may be you are soon gonna have a heart attack. Hehehe...Gosh!! What am I even doing? Control your happiness Ms Butterfly or else this RedMonster will pluck off your wings before you fly away or crash your flight of thoughts by crushing them even before you take off.

He wiped his face with the napkin after eating. Kept the spoons in a certain manner that I've no clue about. Why does he have to be so prim and proper? Isn't he getting late?? I looked at the clock it was 8 am. Arghhhh! Enough with all your couth man.....there's nobody paying heed on you .
Yesss! Fiiiinally!! He took his bag and walked to the door. He turned back to me and I pretended as I was not looking at him.

"Act good Miss Disaster....I don't want you to be mischievous because you know what could be the result."  He said with a very serious look on his face.

"You know I'm being good these days...huh?"  I replied with a smile and winked at him.

He soon turned and did something with his right hand again. He usually turns away and does something with his right hand when I talk to him in a good manner. I have no idea what he does. And later he then turns back to answer.

"Good for you." He said while heading out.

As soon as the door shuts, it gets locked. If in case, it doesn't shuts properly it gives a beep sound.

Through the windows, I saw him talking to the guards and explaining them something.

I went and asked Miss Mary for any information about his return. She said usually when he goes for a long trip he comes back in two or three days. God bless her. Am sure she knows that I ask her these questions for a reason.. that certainly shows am not bothered or curious about him. But still she just answers me.

So basically, I've just got a day or two.

Time to get home.
