Chapter 2

Crystal was talking to the receptionist.
"Here you go, Ma'am! Room no. 206, 3rd floor" Crystal rushed towards the lift.

"Huh!" I sighed and nodded in despair. She is never going to learn to be mature.

As soon as I entered the hotel it smelled flowers. I liked the ambience. I walked up to receptionist and greeted her and she did the same with a huge smile on her face. And then i responded her saying Crystal is my sister and we are together here.

She nodded with a smile and acknowledged me about the room and food service.
She seemed so welcoming to me. I made a point in my mind that smiling while greeting really works wonders. ★

The reception:



After entering the room, it smelled different. I just could not get over with its fragrance. It seemed calm, peaceful in here.

was still admiring the room. I started unpacking our bags.
"Woooaaaahhhh!" Crystal whooped in surprise.

"Charles you should come here and check this out"She shrieked.
While I was unpacking our stuff.
I hurried towards the washroom and to my surprise I saw nothing but Crystal was laughing with excitement.

" You really gave me a mini heart attack." I groaned.

"What's wrong?" I questioned

"Don't you see, what I see?" She squealed. I gave her a confusing look.

"Look how big is the washroom, I can live here the whole day, its like a living room" She mentioned.

I agreed and I laughed along.



It is 10:45 pm now. Crystal ordered one vegetable burger for me and moe-zoella pizza pie for herself.

Though I am not a fan of vegetables I like this vegetable burger particularly. Whereas, Crystal goes head over heels for pizza any tym..

Supposedly, if someone wakes her at midnight and ask her if she wants a pizza at that point of time. She'll still be ready to have one.





We slept by 11:30 pm after watching movies on netflix.

Later next morning......
"Crystal wake up! Wake up chris! I got a call from the University of Arts & Literature. It was Mr. James. He asked me to join today as I have informed him that we are here."

Mr. James is the Incharge who interviewed me via skype and offered me the librarian post. I was given 1 week time to join the University tgat was by next week. So within a week after reaching UK I informed him about our arrival so he asked me to come.

"Yeahh...hh! Have a good day!" Greeted my sleepy sister, not even opening her eyes.

I thought it would be better if I leave a to-do list for her for when she wakes up she'll get the work done.
To-do List:
1. Search for an apartment
2. Get the laundry
3. Get the room cleaned
4. Make sure you locked the door before leaving.
