Authors Pov:
The day dragged on and on for two certain girls who wanted to do nothing but talk about what this morning meant for them. But as the day went on and on agonizingly slow, the two couldn't help but talk to their friends about the recent turn of events.
Camila was walking down the hallway with Dinah by her side, heading to their lockers they talked in hushed voices. "Wait, wait, wait. So, you're telling me that you and Lauren actually kissed!" Dinah looked skeptically to her best friend, finding it hard to believe that Camila actually was man enough to go for it considering it was her first kiss. Once Dinah realised Camila was in fact being 100% serious she mumbled out a 'holy shit, nice one Walz' before placing her last book in her locker.
"So...... what do you think" Camila asked, nervously chewing on her bottom lip. She had been thinking of what was going to happen with Lauren reguarding how they felt towards one another.
"Well I don't know Chanch? You spent pretty much the entire morning making out with her face, gotta hand it to you, so I think she probably has some kind of feelings towards you" Dinah replied casually, which Camila was thankful for. One thing that Camila loved about her best friend was that Dinah knew what to say, and how to say it without bullshitting.
Camila let out a breath of relief because hearing Dinah saying it how it is, made her think clearly about the situation with the green eyed girl. "I guess you're right" Camila laughed out and turned to a more playful tone. "So, how's things going with Normani" Camila asks, suggestively wiggling her eyebrows with a smirk.
Dinah lightly laughed, before replying "Well, things are going, I guess. The other night we both talked to eachother, and like admitted that we have a crush on one another. No mouth action like you and Ralph though" Camila shook her head before muttering 'only you Dinah, only you' and with that the two girls made their way to class.
Meanwhile on the other end of the hall Normani, Lauren and Vero stood at their lockers, which coincidentally were pretty much beside one another.
"Wow, Jauregui got game" Vero snorted, earning a high five from Normani. Lauren just finishing telling two of her best friends about what happened with Camila, and much like the brown eyed girl, Lauren was a nervous mess on what was to happen with them.
"So, are you guys girlfriends?" Normani asks, looking at her perfect nails not having a care in the world. Lauren struggled to answer. "I-i mean we havent really talked ab-about the whole gir-girlfriend situation yet." Lauren rambled, Letting out a shaky breath the raven haired girl swung her locker closed and pulled up the straps of her bag.
"Don't worry Laur it'll all work out" Vero gives Lauren a reassuring smile, and Lauren can't be more thankful for the two amazing girls in front of her.
"So" Lauren started with a knowing smirk, looking in Normanis direction "You and Dinah huh?" Just as the words came out of her mouth, the bell rang signalling for class.
"Ah saved by the bell, figuratively and literally" Normani jested, all three girls scurrying off to class before the late bell would ring.

Camila had a free period in change of her usual last class that day, and being the rebel that she is, instead of heading to the library where they were assigned to go she headed to the bleachers to read. She knew that class was full of troublemakers and how loud they would be, so all she wanted to do was finish reading her book. Although upon arriving, her plans changed due to seeing a certain green eyed girl, look of concentration on her face, in her spot on the bleachers already.
Camila made her way over to Lauren, the latter not noticing her because her head was stuck in a book. Camila thought this to be the perfect time not only to scare Lauren, but to talk to her about this morning.
She carefully snuck up behind the raven haired girl, in preperation of saying "boo"
"Camz I know your behind me" and with that Camila jumped back, hand on her heart.
"Jesus freaking Christ, how did you know I was here?" Camila breathed out while Lauren chuckled, motioning for the younger girl to sit on the space beside her. "Well let's see.....vampire hearing for one, and secondly, you're not exactly the quietest sometimes" she snickered. Camila poured, jutting out her bottom lip and looking sadly, "That's totally not fair."
"Sure it is! You get to do the whole wolf thing, I get the vampire thing" Lauren half-smiled looking at the girl beside her. "Yeah well, as of Saturday you get to do the hybrid thing" Camila huffed out, Lauren could tell that she was just joking around, but she was slightly confused.
"Why what's on Saturday?" She asks completely dumbfounded. Camila shook her head amused with the older girl. "Its your birthday Laur" she giggled, resting her head on Laurens shoulder.
"Oh yeah, then I'll officially be a hybrid right?" "That's right, because only your dad was a werewolf, you were a half blood, which means you can't use your wolf instincts until you're 17, but since you were bitten by a vampire, ew, the venom got into your system before you got your wolf instincts." Lauren nodded intently, clinging onto every word that came out of the younger Latinas mouth.
"Lauren?" She was pulled out of her thoughts and blushed. "Yeah camz?" "I just asked how come you're not in class?" Camila was wondering since she saw Lauren on the bleachers why she wasn't in class.
Lauren smirked down at her and answered with a simple "maths is boring" Camila shook her head once again, not bothering to say anything as she didn't want to break the comfortable silence.
After afew minutes Lauren spoke up, a question that had been in her mind since this morning had been playing on repeat. "Camz?" Camila let out a "hmm" in response. "What are we?" After hearing that, Camila sat up, she wanted to ask the same question but didn't know when to bring it up.
"Well that depends.... what do you want us to be?" Camila looked up into her emerald eyes, seeing the hopeful look in them.
"I like you Camila, alot, and I don't want to mess things up with you, so I'm gonna do things right..... Camila Cabello, will you go on a date with me this Friday?" Laurens nerves were evident and Camila found them nothing short of adorable.
"I would absolutely love to" Lauren was grinning ear to ear, with Camila looking pretty much the same. They looked into eachothers eyes and started to lean in-
*RING* *RING* *RING
They jerked away from one another, wide eyed, and then burst out laughing. They grabbed their bags and Lauren slung her arm around Camilas shoulder.
A frantically laughing Dinah Jane appeared in front of the two girls. "Dude Tyler just got hit by a car and it was fucking hilarious" Camila just snorted while Lauren looked concerned. Upon seeing Laurens reaction Dinah decided to speak out. "Don't worry Lauser, wolf heaing" with that she winked and walked off. Lauren shook it off and turned to Camila.
"So, movie at my place?"
