Part 6: Connection

Charlotte's POV- Last night was very crazy.

I got kidnapped and ended up telling my life story to kid danger!

It was weird because I felt like I knew him, like there was some sort of connection.

But oh well, I have another tutoring session with Henry...

The person that I have feelings for.

I have to stop liking him, we'll never work out. And I'm too cool for him.

Besides, he can go drool over Bianca that has no feelings for him whatsoever.

Henry's POV- After the conversation last night, I couldn't sleep.

I felt something weird all night that kept me awake.

I then heard my timer go off, oh great,  school.

I got up dragging myself to get dressed, then I remembered I had another tutoring session today.

Hopefully it doesn't go bad.

I arrive at school to see everyone surrounding Charlotte.

"Charlotte are you okay?"

"Who kidnapped you!"

"Is kid danger hot!"

She just pushed through the crowd ignoring everyone's questions.

She looked like she was about to cry, but I don't know why.

"Yo, Henry!" I hear Jasper yell from behind me.

"Hey Jasp" I say walking into school.

"I fixed the bucket volcano, we're definitely going to get an A" he says

"Oh yeah, forgot about that" I said

Then I spot Bianca, and she's walking towards me!

I stop where I am mesmerized by her.

"Hey Hen, you, me, Swellview Park tonight at 8. Don't be late" she says winking.

She gives a kiss on the cheek and walks off.

"Woah, she called me by my nickname" I say standing there frozen.

"Oh c'mon Henry, we're going go to be late" Jasper says pulling me by my back pack.

It's time for the tutoring session and Charlotte is no where to be seen.

I roll my eyes, waisting my damn time.

Then I finally hear footsteps and there she is.

"Hey fluzz butt sorry I'm late" she says throwing her bag on the table.

I remember the talk we had last night, how she was so sweet and caring.

And know, she doesn't even try to care.

"Why are you acting like this?" I accidentally blurt out

"Excuse me?" she says

" Nothing just forget about it" I say

"Okay... " she says

"Okay listen, if we're going to do this we have to at least be on the same terms. Let's get to know each other.  Hi I'm Henry Hart" I say reaching out my hand

"And I'm bored. Let's move on" she says putting a sucker in her mouth.

"Well I am 15 years old and I have a job at a place called Junk n Stuff. " I say.

She ignores me completely.

"Ugh this sucker is disgusting" she says chucking it across the library.

I roll my eyes

"So what about you?" I ask.

"What about me?"

"Are you going to tell me about yourself?"

"Why should I?"

"Because I want to know. And plus, I think I already know about you" I say

"What do you know?" she questions me

"That you're mom is never at ho-" I cut my self off.

"Wait, what?" she starts

"Hahahaahh" I say laughing trying to change the subject

"I have to go. See you later" I say getting up and running out of the library.

Oh my gosh, Charlotte only told kid danger about her mom!

I hope she didn't figure what I said.

If she finds out I'm kid danger, my life is over.
