About a week later, it was time for the champion's ball. This was happening at Aether Paradise this year since Lusamine is back. I don't know what to wear to the ball since it is happening at Aether, and Gladion will be there. I am at Aether because Lusamine invited me to stay overnight. I brought a lot of dresses because I don't know which one to wear tonight. I stayed in Lillie's room with her, but right knows she is helping her brother get ready since he didn't know what to wear. Suddenly there was a knock at the door.
"Who is it?" I questioned
"It is me, Lusamine Moon. May I come in?" Lusamine asked
"Come on in, Lusamine," I answered
Lusamine walked into Lillie's room while I was trying to pick out an outfit for tonight.
"Are you okay, Moon?" She asked
"I don't know what to wear tonight since my crush is going to be there," I answered.
"I can help," Lusamine said
So she helped me pick out my outfit for tonight. Lusamine picked out one of my beautiful black and white dresses. A golden crown. My bright red heals. She did simple makeup for some of my faces. She made my lips a bold red. Lusamine curled my short black hair. She finally put my golden moon necklace around my neck.

I look in the full-size mirror to see how beautiful I look. I almost cried.
"You look beautiful, Moon." Lusamine complemented
"Thanks, Lusamine." I thanked
Gladion's p.o.v
"Lillie, why are you picking out my outfit?" I asked
"So you look good for Moon," Lillie responded
"Why the heck would you do that ?" I asked
"Because Moon has a crush on you, and I know you like her just by your facial expression," Lillie answered.
When she said that, I could feel my face going as red as a fire type. I got changed into my dress shirt. A red tie that Lillie had to tie for me. My black dress pants and dress shoes. Then I put on my black vest. I walked out of my room and to the living room to see that Moon was standing there talking to my mother. Wow, she is beautiful. I could feel my face go really red really fast.
"Hi, Gladion." Moon greeted kind of shy
"Hello, Moon." I greeted, kissing her right hand
When I lifted my head to see that Moon's face was as red as a baile oricorio.
"Lillie, let's have a one on one Pokemon battle?" Moon asked
"Sure," Lillie said
So Lillie, Moon, and I walked to the battlefield.
"Come on out, Ninetales," Lillie said, throwing out her Pokeball.
"It is time to shine Poseidon," Moon said, calling out her Primarina
"You go first, Lillie," Moon said.
"Okay, ninetales, use flamethrower," Lillie ordered.
"Poseidon use protect." Moon said, "Now use hydro pump."
When Lillie's ninetales dodged, she got all soaking wet.
"Ninetales dodge then use swift," Lillie said
"Poseidon counter it with psychic." Moon said
"Ninetales is unable to battle, and that means Primarina and Moon are the winners." One of the Aether foundation workers said
After the battle, Lillie ran into the house to most likely change her clothes. I walked over to Moon.
"That was a great battle between you and Lillie," I said
"Thanks, Gladion." Moon thanked
Gladion, it is now or never. Tell her how you feel, tell her that you love her.
"Gladion, are you okay?" Moon wondered
"Moon, I love you. I finally said it; I love you. I love everything about you. Your amazing smile always makes my day. Whenever I am with you, I am the happiest person in Alola. Every time I see your beautiful face, my heart skips a beat. I want you to be the only girl I love that is not my family." I finally admitted
Suddenly Moon kissed me on the lips. I was shocked at first, but I return her kiss.
"I love you too, Gladion. I have always loved you. Ever since we first met on Akala island so many years ago when you were part of team skull. When I first saw you, my world had brightened up so much. Seeing your smile makes my day even better." Moon confessed
"Will you be my girlfriend?" I asked
"Yes, of course, I with be your girlfriend," Moon responded
After that, I kissed her on the lips because I was so happy that I am now with the person I love.
"I want grandchildren!" Mother shouted
"Lusamine!" Moon shouted embarrassed
"You will get them in the future, mother!" I shouted
"Gladion!" Moon shouted embarrassed
"What?" I asked
"That was embarrassing," Moon said.
"Well, it would happen if we do get married," I said without thinking.
