Moon's p.o.v
My dad and I just arrived in the cold Sinnoh region. It is really cold here compared to Alola. I wish I brought a sweatshirt with me. Suddenly Plumeria came out of her Pokeball and hugged me.
"You are so warm Plumeria," I said
When I said that she continued to hug me on my back while we got off the boat. When I got off the boat I return Pulmeria to her Pokeball. As we got to the docks I saw a woman with long dark blue hair holding a Pikachu and a Pichu. When we walked up to her my dad hugged her.
"Moon meet Dawn." Dad introduced
"Alola Dawn." I greeted
"It is nice to finally meet you, Moon." Dawn greeted
"Let's get you home," Dad said
We got to the car and being in a car again feels really weird since I walk or ride everywhere. About ten minutes later we made it to the house in a town call twinleaf. It feels really small compared to Malie City. After I got settled on my phone went off in my pocket. I grabbed it to see that it was Gladion calling me. I didn't answer it cause I want to spend time with my dad and Dawn. I walked into the living room to see a decent-sized golden trophy and a bunch of badges.
"What are the badges for?" I questioned
"These are gym badges you earn them after a gym battle," Dad responded
"What are gyms?" I questioned
"What do you mean what are gyms? Doesn't every region have them?" Dad wondered
"No Alola does not even though we have an elite four and champion, we do not have gyms. We have Island trials." I responded
"What are Island trials?" Dawn wondered
"Island trials are well trails around the islands of the Alola region. We don't earn badges we earn Z crystals for the type of trial it is." I answered
"What are Z crystals?" They wondered
"These are Z crystals," I said pulling out my case of crystals case
I opened the case so they can see all of the twenty-nine Z crystals that I have. I had one missing but that is because I have my primarinium on my Z ring so I put it in my case.
"Wow, those are really pretty," Dawn said
"Yeah, it took me a long time to collect them since I have been busy," I added
Suddenly my phone went off and it was Kukui.
"I have to go answer this," I said walking out the door
I answered the phone.
"Hello, this is Moon," I answered
"Moon where are you?' Kukui questioned
"I am in the Sinnoh Region Kukui. My dad made me come here to visit him and Dawn." I answered
"Okay, since you are there can you do some research on Sinnoh pokemon?" Kukui wondered
"Yeah, that seems like fun," I answered
"What are you going to do about the league since I am gone?" I asked
"Would you mind if we had a temp champion for the time you are gone, or we can have people do it the old way until you get back so they will just be trial champions and not Alola's champion," Kukui suggested
"I like the second idea Kukui," I said
"Okay champ I will tell the Elite four what we are doing while you are gone," Kukui said
"Thanks, Kukui that would be appreciated," I said
"Have a good time in the Sinnoh region," Kukui said
"Thanks, Kukui and can you tell my mom that I am here so she doesn't worry about me?" I asked
"Of course Moon, Bye," Kukui said hanging up the phone
I put my phone back into my pocket and walked back into the house to see that Dawn and Dad with a shocked expressions on their face.
"Are you two okay?' I wondered
"You are the champion of the Alola region," Dad said shocked
"Yeah, I am. I have been for a few years and that is why I have been so busy." I said
"Oh," Dad said
