Gladion's p.o.v

Moon is not going to be back for another three months for me to get a ring and find a way to propose to Moon. I don't know what to do so I go as my father to see how he asked mother to marry him. I walk to his office to see if he was busy with anything.

"Alola Father." I greeted

"Alola Gladion." Father greeted

"Can I ask you for some advice?" I asked

"Sure, What is it?" Father wondered

"When Moon get back I want to ask her to marry me, but I don't know how to?" I wondered

"Are you ready to do that Gladion it is a big step for the both of you?" Father asked

"Yes, I know it will be big step." I responded

"Have you asked her father to see if he approves of you marry his daughter?" Father wondered

"No, I have not." I responded

"You better go ask her father before you ask me for any advice." Father said

So I headed to the docks to get on a boat to Melemele Island. It took about an hour to get there which was really boring since everyone was still wondering where Moon went off to. When I got there I walked all the way to where Moon once lived. I knocked on the door, waiting for someone to answer. The door opened to see that it was Moon's mother Misty.

"Gladion come on in." Misty said

"Thank you." I thanked

Suddenly an older guy that looked a lot like Moon walked up to me.

"Dear who is this young man?" He asked

"Ash this is Moon's boyfriend Gladion Clawford." Misty answered

"Well it is nice to meet you Gladion, I am Ash Ketchum. Moon's Dad." Mr. Ketchum greeted

"It is nice to meet you two Mr. Ketchum." I greeted

"Please call me Ash." Ash insisted

"Okay Ash." I said

I was looking around when I stopped at a picture of Moon, her Mom, and her Dad. They all looked so happy together.

"That picture was when Moon was coming home from her Dad's cause that happened after Ash and I divorced but we were still friends." Misty said

"She still has that same amount of energy." I mentioned

"What do you mean?" Ash wondered

"Right know she is going through the Sinnoh region to earn badges and ribbons." I responded

"Wow that's our girl." Misty and Ash said proud.

"Why did you came here anyways?" Ash questioned

"Ash Ketchum that was rude." Misty commented

"No, it's fine Misty." I mentioned

"I am actually here to ask something," I responded

"I was wondering if I could marry your daughter?" I wondered nervous

"How long have you two been together?" Ash wondered

"About eight months." I responded

"Do you love her with a your heart?" Ash questioned

"Yes I do." I answered

"Will you do anything to protect her from harm?" He asked
