Link walked through the dry desert. "You still can't see anything, Navi?"
"No, nothing... it's your own fault, Link! You had to be in such a rush to beat Ganondorf!"
"You're right... I was careless... I forgot to bring... water. But... I didn't know Hyrule Field had become... a complete wasteland."
"Link! A village! I can see a village!" Link started to walk toward the village. "Thank the gods! We can get some food and water there." Suddenly, a knife came flying out of the sky, barely missing Link's head. He turned around to see someone with a sword about to come crashing down on top of him, killing him. He blocked it in time with his shield. "One of Ganondorf's minions?"
The person moved around, making Link wobble with his shield, and fall down. "Huh?" They person, aiming a knife at Link's neck, pulled back. "That sword..."
"Are you...?" "Have you forgotten me after only seven years, Link?"
"Impa!!" "So you finally got your hands on that sword, eh?"
Link ate like a wolf. "I'm feeling better already!" "I wish I could say you've really matured... but you're still so careless! I understand that you're hurting... by trying to cross the plain without any water or food is something only a fool would do. You're not worthy of fine weapons like those."
"I'm sorry... I can't stop thinking about Ganondorf... I've got to defeat him! But I don't know if I actually can. But the longer I delay, the more he'll hurt the people I love."Impa went out the door. "First, we need to build your strength and spirit back. Until then, you're staying in the village. Got it?" SLAM
Link looked out the window, and saw a bunch of people leading a horse.
