Chapter 6: Sight Seeing in Moldova

I meet Russia at the border to Moldova.

"Hi", I say smiling wide.

"Vhy so happy Natalia", Russia asks smiling a bit wider because of my happy mood.

"I did really really good in strategy training. And now I get to check out Moldova and hang out with you", I say smiling.

"Vait your happy to see me", Russia questions.

"Yeah why wouldn't I be your good company", I say.

"It's just I don't really get that reaction from people", Russia says.

Of course he was so intimidating that no body really talked to the guy because they are all so scared of him.

"Oh well get used to it because I think your a pretty cool guy", I say.

Russia's eyes brighten in happiness.

"Now then let's check this place out", I say.

As we go sightseeing through Moldova I can't help but feel proud of my little country.

Moldova was a beautiful country that had many wineries, vineyards, and orchards. I learned that one of the things my country was known for was for its splendid wine in which I got a taste if in one of the many wineries we visited.

The architecture was graceful and amazing.

We ended up visiting the Saharna Holy Trinity Monastery which was a beautiful church near a stream. We also visited the Reserve Codrii, Soroco Fortress, The Old Orthei Archeological Complex, Capriana Monastery, Balti, and many other places. Each building or nature area was just so unique in its own way. And soon enough I fell in love with the country.

During the sight seeing Russia and I became a bit closer and were now on a friendly level. He would now talk and laugh more freely than I'd ever seen him do before. I think he just needed a friend all this time.

Russia and I leave our last destination and are now currently walking at one if the open air markets.

"It's about time for dinner do you vish to eat here", Russia asks.

"Yeah that would be fine", I say.

"Da we might as well try some food instead if the vine", Russia jokes.

I chuckle and we make our way to one of the restaurants that was nearby.

Once we enter the restaurant we are served samples of most of the food on the menu.

We eat and savor the flavor of the excellent food in our mouths. We are served a glass of wine each and I can't help think that with all the wine we've sampled that we weren't drunk.

When were done eating and our bellies our full with the good food and scrumptious wine we leave the restaurant and head back to Russia's house.

"Hey guys", I say to Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia as I walk into Russia's house.

"Hello Natalia", They say.

Then Russia comes in and they all pale.

"Natalia I have to visit again sometime that vas fun", Russia says chuckling and shutting the door behind him.

The trio look completely flabbergasted.

Apparently I was surprising a lot of people.

I see Estonia whisper something to Lithuania and Lithuania nods his head in agreement to whatever he said.

"Well I'm exhausted I think I'm going to head off to bed", I announce.

"Goodnight", the trio says politely

"Сладких снов", Russia says smiling.

"Sweet dreams to you too Russia", I say going upstairs.

I put on another large t-shirt and snuggled into the ultra warm bed. I sigh contently and drift off to sleep.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: Heyy guys look up some of the sights in Moldova that I wrote down you won't be sorry they're amazinggg.

While looking up some of these things I myself fell in love with this beautiful country.
