Family are like branches on a tree.
We grow in different directions
Yet out roots remain the same
-(not mine)

I wonder... One day will we know where our roots are. Or will we be so far out branched that our packed schedules won't allow us to visit our past. Will we keep blooming and sprouting... Until one day someone cuts us off and we fall to the ground. Reunited with our roots or be burned. To hell with human development. It's not development if all we do destroys everything - extract from Zahra foster diary

Sky world amusement park is one of my favorite places. We've been coming here since as long as I could remember on the first Saturday of every third month.

I was the second one to hop out of the car after lu. It was one of those rare days where the weather seemed like it was having a bunch of mood swings. It couldn't make up its mind one minute it would be cloudy with a cool breeze, the next the clouds clear and it's a bit too windy.

I was actually a bit glad that I changed into a tights because of this weather.

We met the three boys by the entrance, it was now almost lunch time as we patiently waited to get in. Normally on a Saturday my best friend would come over but because today is kinda special and important, we skipped the usual tradition like every other time.

"Alright who's turn is it? " dad asked.

"Mine!" Parker and lu said at the same time. They looked at each other, both sporting a death glare.

"it's my turn, and anyway you always want to go on the lame boring stuff first" Parker butted in stepping closer towards lu.

"that's not true butt head. Tell him Zach" lu turned to Zach.

"don't run to Zach, you know zach's to nice to not agree with his younger brother" taking a step back, he placed his arms over Zach

"is not" lu flared red in the face, I groaned. This happens every single time we come here.

"how are you guys older than me" I sighed.

"because we're awesome like that" Nat made his was to me and locked my head while messing it up. I started laughing while struggling to breath trying to unhook his arm around my neck.

"all of you are so childish" Kaden said taking out his phone. "and anyway it's Nathan's turn"

"sweet" Nat said finally letting go.

"The heck it is. I call bull" Parker growled and before we have another episode of what happened last time, dad stepped in.

"Alright Nathaniel where to first"

"Dad dont call me that" we all knew that he only ever called us by our full names when he was annoyed /angry/irritated with us or when he knew it would make us cringe, so like random times.

"don't call you by your name" dad pointed out smuggly Nat just left it.

"You know what I'm feeling a bit of 'Coil Of Insanity'" Nat knew that ride was dad's least favorite.

"come on kiddo, do you really want to start the day like that? " dad asked trying to act cool with it but failing miserably.

"I'm 100% sure daddy'O" we all snicker at them both.

"Alright let's get this over with" dad sighed leading the way to the 'Coil Of Insanity' when we got there if was exactly lunch time and dad who noticed this asked "don't you kids what to eat before we go? "
