Harry

As the bell rang, our teacher finally roamed around the classroom and took all of our test papers.

Thank God exams are over. I think I almost died when those bloody papers were in front of me for half the day. I barely understood the topics and I'm pretty sure I flunked that test.

Well, all of those made me hungry.

I stood up from my chair and looked around the classroom for Azenith , my bestest friend in the world, to come with me to the cafeteria for lunch. Where is that girl?

Just as I was about to leave without her, Azenith ran inside the classroom flailing her arms like the total maniac that she is.

"Az, where have you been? And what's with the skipping and intense happiness?" I asked worriedly, wondering if my best friend has those weird brain dysfunctions again. Hey, It's not my fault she has ADHD. I guess.

She then gave me this weird smile of hers that gave me nightmares since the first time we became best friends.

"I told her, Haz." she replied, grinning like a kid who just got candy from the candy store.

"Who?" I asked curiously. What is she talking about? Oh shit, don't tell me . . .

"Guess. She's 18 and has brunette hair and-"

"Avalon?!" I cut her off, shrieking. Oh crap.

She then smiled at me and nodded. "Yep, that's right. Avalon, the cheeky lass you've been crushing on."

Oh no. This is not good.

"YOU TOLD HER?!" I asked Azenith loudly, which startled her a bit. It also caught the attention of some of our classmates in the room. Azenith's startled reaction then shifted into that scary trademark grin of hers.

"Yep! And she was like: "Whaaaaat?"" Azenith chirped while hopping up and down, excited by where this is all going.

Oh no. No no no no. God, this is bad. Avalon already knows how I feel about her. What if she'll hate me? What if she'll avoid me since she knows that I like her?

"Az this is bad. Now she won't talk to me because she-"

"Calm down, bro. I didn't tell her it was really you. I just gave her a clue about it."

Well we all know she's one hell of a smart girl. Great work, Az. Really.

I groaned. "But Az, what if . . . what if she'll know that i'll be the lad that's head over heels for her? And after that, what if she'll avoid me? What if she gets uncomfortable in my presence, if she'll know?" I asked, sitting at the nearest seat, hands on my head. I slightly tugged on my hair in annoyance of the situation.

God damn it, Az. You shouldn't have told her. It was supposed to be our little secret.

I haven't been this nervous before. I haven't even liked a girl this seriously before. Oh God, i'm tense right now.

Azenith went to me and carefully rubbed my back to calm me down.

"Harry, calm down. Avalon is a nice, carefree, beautiful girl, remember? And she loves everyone, right?" she asked, removing her hand from my back. "And besides, you're the Harry Styles. And if everyone loves you, Avalon might, too. But in a different way, of course. If she'll know it's you, she'll accept you. I know it." I looked up at Azenith who gave me an encouraging wink.
