Madison:
WEEK ONE
"THIS IS A LOT of work", I panted as I finished up my second day of exercising. My trainer, Liam, set out a schedule for me, and let me say, it's more work than I thought. "I should have exercised more sooner" I wheezed and he laughed "This is just the beginning" he pat me on the back, tossing me the water bottle as I drank some and then groaned. "Alright, let's get back to it" he clapped "Now, the next thing is..."
Week Two
"I hate you" I told Liam as he laughed again "Now that you have gotten used to the running, and beginning stretches, we need to move on. Now instead of doing 2 laps around the yard, do 4, take your time, you'll get through it" he told me as he seen the look on my face. "And now instead of doing basic exercise's, we will do 10 more of those, so it's 20, and add some tougher one's but not too tough on there" he told me.
Sighing I nodded "What else do I have to do?" I questioned and he had a thinking expression on his face, glancing around for a second. Well after you can do all the stretches and training out here, we can practice swimming, since swimming in a great weight burner, also sparring," he kept going and I sighed, getting ready to start stretching and stuff again. "I got it"
Week Three
Stepping on the scale, I sighed happily. 185, slowly, but surely, the weight was going away. Tying my hair up, I put on my work out clothes, walking to the backyard, which is where he is training me, and at our at home workout room. As Aunt May claims 'When you have nothing to do and nobody to hang out with, you get creative', laughing a bit at her antics, I met with Liam in the backyard.
"Where is my Aunt?" I questioned him "She told me to tell you that she had to go out to one of her stores, something about face products, and extending her business?" he told me, more like a question than a statement. "Oh, she's working on some natural and healthy skin products and soaps and things to add to her franchise, she might make a branch store just for those type of cosmetics" I told him and he stared at me dumbfounded.
"You still want those" he pointed to my glasses and I nodded "Why not?" I said and he nodded "Alright then, start!" he said and I immediately took off around the large square backyard, with trees behind it. The neighborhood my aunt lives in is quiet and peaceful, her house was in a circle type street, and is a dead end.
The house line up, which is only about 3 houses due to how big they are, and behind the houses is a bunch of trees. Doing my exercises, and stretches and stuff, I questioned Liam, who was getting out boxing gloves and training pads. "What is this for?" I questioned, still kind of out of breath, he looked excited and my face fell "We are starting something new today" he said as he began to teach me to wrap my hands and wrists.
"What is it?" I questioned "What does it look like?" he questioned "I am going to teach you how to fight," he told me "Why?" I questioned and he shrugged "Why not, you can burn calories, and you can defend yourself, and your Aunt asked me to" he said and I shrugged "Well alright" I shrugged and he began to teach me, very slowly, but we were progressing.
Week Four
"This is getting a bit easier" I told Liam as I finished my long list of stretches and exercises. It turns out that Liam is not only a trainer, he's also a cheer coach, and has experience street boxing and underground fighting as well. I whistled as he told me "Triple threat" I said and he laughed "You know it" I began to do flexibility stretches, as well as exercises, and practiced the basic fighting moves he already taught me.
"Soon, you'll be the best version of yourself, hard work leads to success" he told me and I nodded, doing my sequences of punches and kicks, and afterwords, he showed off his flipping tricks to me, and promised to teach me one day, which I didn't doubt.
Week Five
Went like every other week, I trained, and did some of my online work, and trained some more, but I took a day to myself, binge watching my favorite show Supernatural, again, also watching some Avatar The Last Airbender. Liam chuckled at my laziness as he left after a day of training, not without flirting with my Aunt though, which made me secretly plan a wedding in my head, my plan to get them together already forming.
Week Six
This week was different, I did about a day or two of training but the rest of the whole week I did my school work, which wasn't as bad as it seemed. I got one whole class done, which was the one without a lot of assignments, not taking a break for a while.
~
Stepping back on the scale I looked at my weight, 163. I smiled happily as I slipped on my clothes, which were getting a little too big for me. Putting on my glasses, I went through the door out my bathroom to me room, and sat on the bed. "No training today, you have to do your work" I mocked Liam under my breath as he told me I have been slacking off.
After doing what seems like a lot of work, I stretched getting up from my computer and checking the time again. "4 already" I stretched, I had been doing homework since about 10, but I wanted to do most of it today so I could focus on training. My thought's drifted to Liam, and a smirk formed on my face as I thought of my Aunt May.
Thinking about the pro's and con's of him and Aunt May dating as I walked downstairs, I shrugged off the thought and decided that I would get them together by the end of my training. There is about a week left of school, then it was summer which is about 2 months, and by the end of summer, I am gonna be a new, but the same, person.
"Hey there girly" Aunt May said from her office which was close to the kitchen, grabbing a salad, I put sauce in it and grabbed a fork, I walked back to her office, seeing her drawing in her book "Hey Aunt May" I greeted her and she looked up at me "I was just grabbing a snack" I held up my salad and she laughed.
"How's the training?" she questioned and I raised my eyebrows, "You mean, how's the trainer" I raised my eyebrows in a joking manner and she laughed "You guys should totally get together" I said and she laughed "We'll see" she laughed "What are you up to?" I questioned and she looked back at her book.
"Drawing a few designs" she told me and I spent a few hours drawing designs with her, then after going back to my room and finishing up some more of my online work.
Week Seven
I stepped back and wiped my forehead as I let out a laugh and held out my hand. Liam also laughed from his position on the ground after I tripped him while sparring. He dragged me down and put me in a headlock. "No fair" I wiggled trying to get free but he had me pinned. Tapping the ground he let me go standing up "Ha" he said and I stuck my tongue out at him.
"You're getting good kid" he told me and I nodded "I have the best teacher" I told him and he laughed. "Now for the next few weeks, we are gonna leave the training and start on swimming, but you will still do some exercises when we do" he told me and I nodded "Now, drop and give me 20!" he laughed.
