Forest of Your Dreams:
You can hear the call in the distance,
Hear the pounding of the rain.
The bells tinkle from the forest,
The forest of your dreams.
Voices will call to you,
Sweet as they lull you to sleep,
You will smile as you lay on the wet forest floor,
Covered with the most effervescent leaves.
You will become the whispering moss,
You will feel every tree.
You will laugh with all your nightmares,
In the forest of your dreams.
The music of the place,
It will haunt you forever more.
You feel it in your bones,
The euphoric melody in every pore.
The forest will reach out to you,
But you can show no fear.
You will embrace the unmovable shadows,
Feel the chilling warmth as they pull you in.
You will hear the sweet, sweet voices,
Even when they should be growing dim.
You will scream as you laugh; cry with so much joy.
Your invisible friends are near, saying hello to the night.
The wind will whisper in your ear,
Though you will not know what to say:
This world will fulfill your soul,
In every impossible way.
You feel the breath leave your body,
Hear the final farewell of your heart.
Your spirit may still be with you,
But everything else must depart.
Yes, you laugh as your heart bleeds;
Nothing is truly as it seems.
You will never ever ever...
Want to leave the forest of your dreams.
