Dani's pov

Santana and I have been married for 6 years now we have adopted 2 children a girl and a boy there names are Nick and Rosie, Nick is 6 and Rosie is 5 we are finally a family but we have been growing apart I think about leaving her because she had cheated on me with Brittany when I was visiting my parents with the children because she had to work. I didn't want to leabe her because I loved her too much but Brittany was trying to get inbetween us ever since it happened and I keep thinking she will give in again, Santana and I were home alone because the kids were at my moms house for a holiday I was cooking dinner until Santana said "hey babe I'll be back soon" "where are you going dinner will be ready soon?!" "Don't worry I'm going to work to sort out what time I have to be in tomorrow and to get the script" she had got a part as Rachel's understudy and ever since then she and Rachel haven't been friends. "Text me when your on your way home?" "Ofcourse" she kissed me and left I was so paranoid she was going to see her I didn't want to loose her I was so happy but in a completely different way, I text Rachel "hey Rach its Dani have you and Santana have to be in today to get times for tomorrow and the script?xx" I waited anxiously for the reply after 5 minutes she text back "hey Dani yeah we do why?xx" "oh no reason, do you want to come over later I miss you xx" "yeah ofcourse but what about Santana?xx" "You girls have to sort it out and I am the perfect person for the job please?!xx" "okay fine see you tonight xx".

Santana's pov

Ever since I cheated on Dani we've been very distant I never meant for it to happen it was the heat of the moment and I was drunk too but I didn't want to tell Dani thay because she will go mad at me ever since we both gave up drinking because when we drank bad things happened and Dani had to fo rehab for it. I had to go to work to get the times and scripts for tomorrow "hey babe I'll be back soon" "where are you going dinner will be ready soon?!" "Don't worry I'm going to work to sort out what time I have to be in tomorrow and to get the script" I said "Text me when your on your way home?" "Ofcourse" I walked and gave her a kiss she looked very paranoid. I drove to the theatre and walked in I saw Rachel it was still very awkward between us but she gave me a little smile so I gave one back I walked over to the director "hey Rupert can I get my script and time table for tomorrow?" I asked politely "oh yeah here you go" "thank you I'll see you tomorrow's" I said as I turned arouns I was walking towards the door and I heard Rachel shout me "hey Santana wait up a sec" "yeah?" I turned around and saw her stood there "is it okay if I come over to your place now?""wait huh?" "Dani invited me over is that okay?" She said "Er yeah sure I'll see you there" I said I smiled and turned around why was Dani inviting her over what was her intentions.

Dani's pov

As I wasabout to finish cooking Santana walks in and she looks mad "hey baby what's up?" "Whats up are you kidding me why are you inviting Rachel over don't you remember she slapped me across the face!!" She staryed raising her voice at me "hey woah calm down baby" I said walking towards her "just sit down down lets talk about this!" I sat her down and sat next to her. "Dani why did you?" "Because I want you guys to be friends again she is the godmother of both our children you have to talk!" I say whilst holding her hand "I know she is but she hated the fact I went for her understudy in the show". After half an hour of sorting everything out I kiseed her and finished dinner she went and got changed into her outfit I lay out for her I heard the door knock I opened it and it was Rachel "hey you!" I threw my hands around her "hey I missed you!!" She said hugging me back tightly "come in let me take that" I took her jacket and she had wine I looked at it amd she saw my face "oh my god I am so sorry I totally forgot!" She said whilst freaking out "no dont worry about it I can have a glass but not alot trust me". She walks over to the sofa and sits down Santana comes out wearing her outfit she looks so hot I just look at her boobs and ass they are so big "hey Dani my eyes are up here" she said we all started laughing "oh sorry just you look hot!" I walked towards her and said "Rachel's on the sofa play nice".

Santana's pov

As Dani went to set the table for dinner Rachel and I sat down and said nothing until she said "are you aure its fine for me to be here?" "Yeah its fine we g0have to get along for Dani's and the children's sake" I smiled I turned arouns and saw Dani looking I smiled but it was fake I hope she didn't catch on. "Santana I am sorry dor hitting you you just got me ao mad from the thinfs you were saying but you still had no right to audition for my understudy because you won't be in the broadway show", I looked at her with an anger look "excuse me? How do you know that" "because I am never ill I am always on time for everything I never miss a chance like this you know thay!" We boh start getting worked up but I heard Dani singing "right we will carry this on later but for the sake of my girlfriend we have to sit through got it?!" "Got it" she replied. I stood up and walked into the kitchen "hmmm this smells amazing!" I gave her a kiss and pulled the chair out for her she sat down I looked at the botrlw of wine and Dani looked at me and said "we can have one glass no more than one okay?" "Dani are you sure?" I asked sounding worried "yes I can handle it". I poured her the tiniest glass because I didn't want her to relapse as we started eating I couldn't stop staring at Rachel because she had annoyed me not just from our chat but for bringing wine with her, Radhel knew I had been drunk from when I cheated on Dani I hope she doesn't tell her. "So how are you both afer everything that had happened over the past few months?" Rachel said I looked at her and she didn't show any emotion I put my head down and Dani replied "erm yeah we are good just had a few ups and downs but thats what happens in relationships" "uh-uh so Dani how long have you girls been sober may I ask?" "Yeah no that's fine I have been sober since I got out really and so has Santana" she said as she grabbed my hand smiling "oh really that's what she said? Okay" "what do you mean by that?!" Dani said getting anxious.
