The goddess

Chapter 1

I slowly start to stir and I feel as if I am lying on a bed, as I wake up more I become more aware of my surroundings I am lying in a massive four poster bed in the middle of what can only be described as an island in the middle of the room the steps leading to the massive bed appear higher than they are. I try to sit up and my head feels like it is splitting. I quietly lie back down when I hear the click of the door, for some reason I don't feel scared but I am anxious as to who is ever is coming through the door. I hear a small click and heavy footsteps crops the room a baritone voice as I lie under the covers "I can still see you Hardwick. Are we playing hide and seek?" As my brain reels from how this person knows my name I slowly but surely pull the sheets and blankets down so I can see who speaks, as this happens I feel the soft mattress that I sunk into dip whoever this is has sat on the bed. My bad eyesight readjust to the light streaming in through the window there on the bed sits a tanned guy in a t shirt, beads of sweat running down is toned body, his black hair shining in the light his violet eyes shine his perfect nose and lips.... I suddenly pull my thoughts back to reality this guy kidnapped me! What was he doing in my place? Who was the female with him? How did I get here? Where even is here? How does he know my name? So many questions run round my head it starts to pound. The guy clears his throat and speaks slowly, hesitantly as if he has problems speaking English "Iona, you probably have a lot of.... questions. Do you even understand English?!" He turns away and I suddenly say "Why am I here?" He turns and gasps in surprise then smiles his eyes hold mine for what feels like the longest time they are a beautiful shade of violet deep, knowing and yet commanding and powerful.
I sit up straight and repeat my question "Why am I here?" He opens his mouth to speak when the door flies open again and in walks yet another man he too has a commanding air about him, both men are very beautiful, the man standing stalks over to me and grabs my hand and just as I am about to pull away and give him a mouthful he stuns me by saying the strangest thing I have ever heard "Hades, you've found my wife, I, Zeus god of all gods, can once again rule with my wife by my side instead of alone".
