Hey!
I am definitely having a great time writing this story! I have had Kienna in my mind for a long time and I always liked to imagine how she would fit into this world, so I decided to record it down. Please let me know what you think by liking/ leaving comments! I would love to get some feedback.
Thanks! Keep reading! :)

Kienna
A single thought was plaguing my mind over and over. Whenever I let my guard down it would slip its way in through the cracks and repeat itself. You could have stopped it! The thought would hiss in its bitter voice. The worst part is I coulnd't help but feel like it was the truth.
I had been the last to see Bran. We had run into each other in the courtyard. Instead of asking to know where he was going I let him go off on his own. I could have stopped the accident. I could have insisted that he come keep me company. I could have saved him.
Bran had fallen from a tower. It had been around twenty minutes before anyone found him, but he wasn't conscious. He had been rushed to his room and Maester Luwin had attended him the best he could. This had been almost a month ago. I had been too terrified to tell anyone of my encounter with Bran before the accident. Frankly, the guilt was eating me alive.
I sat up in bed wearily. I had struggled through another harsh nightmare. It had been pretty consistent. I had been in the tower in which Bran fell from. Every time he fell back I could grasp onto the front of his shirt, but the material always slipped from my fingers. It happened again and again. No matter where I tried to grab him he always got away.
The day seemed especially grey as I slipped into my dress and braided my hair down my back. I had denied my ladies' help. I wanted to be alone for now.
I was leaving Winterfell today. I didn't want to go with all of my soul, but there was no escaping it. My fate seemed set and there was nothing I could do to stop it.
My sister was the reason for my leaving. It wasn't that she had asked me to come home with her. It was more like she had ordered me to come home with her.
I had been dining with the royal family, invited by King Robert himself. The Starks were also in attendance, so it wasn't like it was an exclusive meal. Kiara had been invited as well. It seemed the royal family was trying to force our reunion.
The dinner was almost over when Kiara had decided to make a suggestion.
"Kienna," Kiara's voice had been sickly sweet. "You should come with us back to King's Landing. You'll never be discovered all the way up here in the North." I had forced a small laugh. Something about thinking of suitors rubbed me the wrong way.
"I belong here with the Starks," I answered her politely. "I owe them my life."
"I think Kiara may be correct," The Queen had suddenly chipped in. "Your beauty should be shown off in the capital, like your sister." Cersei smiled at Kiara. I could see it fueling Kiara's ego. "She has many suitors already lined up."
"The girl says she wishes to stay here, so let her." King Robert came to my defense. Relief washed over me. No one would question their King. Except for his queen.
"I know, my love," Cersei smiled at him with a hidden force behind her eyes. "I just believe Kienna should see the capital. She may like it more than she believes." Cersei turned her green eyes on me. "Perhaps you could be one of Myrcella's ladies."
"Oh yes!" Princess Myrcella exclaimed, startling everyone around her at her sudden out burst. "Please, Lady Kienna! Come with us back to King's Landing."
