A few days after Lana's death, Oliver Thredson was on his way home. He had been totally innocent of being BloodyFace.

Kit was executed on the electric chair yesterday and Oliver was offered a definite place in Briarcliff by Sister Mary Eunice who is now one of the directors of the establishment.

Everything happens exactly as he liked, and with Hayden at his side, he is at last a man filled and loved.

He finally hopes to build his life quietly with her, and can be founding a family, although he knows she will have a hard time getting pregnant due to her first miscarriage.

They will take the time it takes.

He passes the front door and smells a delicious smell of food. He drops off his briefcase at the entrance, and goes into the living room.

He takes off his trench coat and his costume jacket that he places on the sofa, then he uses a whiskey before going to the kitchen.

Hayden is back at him, cutting vegetables. She is so focused that she doesn't hear him approach. Her hair is tied, she wears a beautiful red dress and a kitchen apron.

Oliver approaches her and places his hands on her hips, which makes her jump slightly.

"Good evening, my love." He whispers warmly in her ear, his head resting on her shoulder, he hugged her lovingly.

Hayden passes a hand behind his neck and smiles. "Oh, I didn't hear you come in."

"You're so focused when you cook, I love it." He said in a naughty tone. Hayden turns to kiss him tenderly.

"Besides, it will soon be ready." Said Hayden, pulling out two plates from the cupboard and handing it to him. "And if you could put the table, it would be really nice, my heart."

Oliver takes a sip of whiskey and places his glass on the kitchen counter. He takes the plates and smiles at Hayden.

"Anything you want, sweeheart." He kisses her tenderly and walks into the dining room and prepares the table, Hayden behind him.

She laughed lightly, placing the cutlery beside the plates.

"Usually you tell me that while I suck you." She said, laughing. She gives him a naughty look.

Oliver suddenly feels his cock harden at the thought of her lips around his member.

The last time she took him in her mouth, it was precisely yesterday.

He sat on the sofa, drinking his whiskey quietly and she was kneeling slowly sucking him. He still sees her innocent look as she has her lips wrapped around his cock.

He is already hard to this sweet thought.

"How can such a beautiful and innocent woman like you say such things?" He asks, taking her chin in his hand and laying a kiss on her lips.

"And I'm willing to bet you're already hard, just those words." Hayden whispers to his ear, a hand descending to his erection.

Oliver stops her hand just before she gets on his cock. He closes his eyes a minute to regain control over his body.

"Mmh, let me take strength." He said referring to the meal. "And I promise you that after I take care of you, babe."

He puts a hand on Hayden's buttocks and squeezes firmly at this last sentence.

If he listened himself, he would have taken her there, now, on the dining room table, he would have fucked her savagely.

But he learned that the wait was even more exquisite.

"You want a whiskey?" He asks, chasing away his delicious thoughts. He's already heading for the cocktail bar because he knows she usually drinks one with him.

"Uh, no, thank you." She replies, to his surprise.

He turns to her, surprised. "And since when you don't drink alcohol?"

"Since I am..." Hayden is suddenly silent and looks at him strangely. "I decided, that's all."

He says nothing, but finds his behavior suddenly strange. Already yesterday, when he offered her a cigarette, she replied that she no longer smoked.

A moment later, they are eating. He tells her about his work day and asks her what she did beautifully while he was not there.

She replies that she is bored and that she is tired of remaining cloistered between these walls. The conversation suddenly becomes cold.

"When will you let me out?" She asks, weary. She throws him one of her innocent looks.

"Not yet,"

"But I'm bored here," She pushes food with her fork like a little girl who doesn't dare say she doesn't want any more. "I'm not one to like to stay locked up."

"It's too early," he answers, annoyed. "And then I don't want to talk about that."

He doesn't want her to be unhappy, but it is for her good. He doesn't want to risk losing her, to be abandoned again.

"Well, I do." Continues Hayden. "I'm fed up, already that I can't go to work and if more-"

"Please Hayden, I said the subject was closing."

"You will not have the last word, Oliver." She replies, defiantly. "And you don't have to talk to me like a little girl."

"So stop behaving like a kid!" He yelled angrily. He throws his plate on the wall next to them, it flies in shine.

Hayden rises suddenly, surprised. She looks at the plate in pieces on the ground and then looks at him.

"I told you I didn't want to talk about it." He said, calmly as if nothing had happened. "You'll stay here until I've decided you can go out, is that clear?"

"Because you think that keeping me here will make me love you more?" Hayden asked sadly. "Or, on the contrary, take me away from you because you don't let me breathe and you keep me locked up here like a prisoner?"

"I don't trust. If I let you go out, or a maximum of freedom, you will abandon me, like the others."

"So after all that happened between us, you still don't trust?" Hayden shakes her head, disappointed. "You still believe that I don't care about you? I love you, but even you say it or you prove it every day is not enough for you."

Oliver doesn't know what to say. He knows that basically she's right, but he's like that. He is too afraid of losing her.

"Trust is the basis of a couple." Hayden approaches him. "And if you can't trust me, I don't know if I'll stay by your side. I don't want to spend my life locked up."

She passes by him, surely to go to the room and at the last moment, she retraces her steps.

"Oh, and, you're talking about confidence but it's not me who fucked Lana." She glares at him. "You see, you betrayed me, you hurt me and yet I stayed. And you still wonder if my feelings for you are sincere?"

After these last words, Hayden leaves the room.

Oliver hurriedly followed her. She enters the bedroom and closes the door behind her. As he prepares to enter, he realizes that she has locked.

He gives a blow in the door of anger and leaves in the living room.

What he can hate her character sometimes, a real tigress unchained. After all, he also sought it.

Maybe it should leave her more freedom? In any case, he is obliged to try to see if he can trust her or not.

He is in love with her, deeply. But he doesn't know what behavior to adopt sometimes.
