Amber's POV

It's been three weeks since I left home. My bruises were healed and so were my wounds. Before I go back to school I want to change a bit. You know how in those movies the person comes back and makes a grand entrance with a change, that's how I wanna walk in though I'm not sure if people will care. I grabbed my keys and wallet and wen to the mall nearby. It's a quiet mall and not much people go there but it has some cute stores in it. I went inside and headed straight for the hair salon. I walked inside and the bell rung once I got inside.

" oh honeyyy you need to take a seat quick quick your ends are starting to split like a horny girls legs in a party" a guy said, I assume he's gay.

" huh?" I said furrowing my eyebrows as he grabbed my shoulders and pushed me towards a pink chair at his stand with all his hair supplies and a sink to wash hair with a mini shower head thingy. He rolled the chair to the sink and began to rinse my hair out with water.

" so is there anything specific you want done with your hair?" He asked

"I was thinking maybe get it curled... actually do whatever you want I wanna try something new" I said not completely sure if this was a good idea...

"Okay honey" he replied happily.

He washed my hair and put different things like treatments in it. He had me sit under the dryer for what seemed like hours then brought me back to his stand. He cut my ends and worked his magic. When he spun me around to face the mirror I was amazed by the different pastel blues and purples he made my hair. After I shopped for cute clothes and makeup in the stores and brought it back to the lake house. After I packed everything in my bag and put my new things in my car I made sure everything in the lake house was how I found it then put the key back. You have no idea how bad I feel like turning back but I know I have to come home. On my way home I stopped at a small diner to eat. I sat down and ordered chicken tenders with fries, and an iced tea. When I got my food I took a bite of the chicken and looked up at the tv. I took a sip of my drink and blocked out the sound of the tv until I heard my name

"...Amber Rose white she's 5'2 with dark brown hair and hazel eyes" the man said showing a picture of me.

"Excuse me mam can I have a to go box and cup" I said quickly

"Yes, I'll be right back with that" she said

"Thank you" I replied

"No problem" she said with a smile

When she came back with the container and the foam cup. I poured the drink in the cup then the food in the container and gathered my things. I put twenty dollars on the table and walked out the door

"Wait! Stop, your that missing girl!" Some woman shouted worriedly

I sped up and got in my car then drove off. When I got home it was late and there were a few cars outside that belonged to Cole, Tyler,Kevin, Christian, and Joey. I quietly put my car in the garage. Parker's dog, Porkchop/porky started to bark loudly(sorry the dog wasn't in the story much). All the boys came outside looking around and I'm not planning to let them know I'm here until tomorrow. I ran to the back yard, I looked for the latter and found it laying flat on the grass. I stood it up by my room then climbed up. I pushed the latter back down to the floor causing it to land with a thud. I climbed in my window just in time. They were looking around the backyard to see what Porky was barking at and found nothing. I unpacked my clothes quietly and looked at my neatly fixed bed and my door that Cole kicked off the hinges. I shut the bathroom door and took a shower, luckily no one heard the water running. Mom and dad were probably sleeping and the boys were in the basement. I laid my clothes out for tomorrow and went to bed.
