I was completely and utterly bored, and let's not forget starving. I've been stuck in this house for a whole of three days with Stefan trying to teach me 101 on vampires. I've had Scott, Lydia, Malia and even Isaac call and text me. They wanted to come over and see if I was alright but I insisted they didn't. I told them I came down with an extreme flu and can barley even function that's why I haven't been at school or anywhere for three days. I was relieved when non of them accused me of being a vampire or knocking down the door to kill me, but that just leaves the question to where was Noah and why hadn't he told anyone about me?
I've tried calling the station multiple times asking if anyone has seen or heard from him but all they said was he took some time off. I was worried about him, I wondered if he would ever look at me the same. I shook off the thought as I heard Stefan walking up the stairs.
"Stiles I'm going back to Mystic Falls for awhile, I have some personal things I need to attend. Don't worry I'll be back in a couple of days, I've left more than enough blood bags in the fridge so you'll be fine." Stefan said.
"Wait your leaving me?" I said in disbelief.
"Yes but you'll be fine, just don't leave this house you're not ready yet, you still haven't learnt full control."
I didn't want Stefan to go but I couldn't keep him here. It's not his responsibility to take care of me, he wasn't the one who turned me. I looked up at him and put on a fake smile. "Have fun." He smiled in return and made his way down the stairs leaving a newbie vampire all alone.
I was really starving by now, it's been a day since I last had blood. I like to hold off as long as I can because I hate the fact that's it's human blood, that I'm drinking human blood. I know it's not good to hold off as long as I can possibly take, especially being a new vampire and all since if I see a drop blood I will have more of an urge to strike the person.
I walk down the stair and open the fridge door, and am immediately hit with the scent of blood. I could feel my face tighten which meant I was about to shift. I stand there for a couple of seconds, just staring at the blood. All I could think of was some innocent  with a life threatening injury who needed blood ASAP, but instead I'm here feeding on it. The though made me feel guilty and selfish. I close the fridge even though all my instincts are telling me to tear apart the bag and drink the blood. I know Stefan insisted I drink from blood bags and only blood bags but I couldn't get the thoughts out of my head, but that wasn't the worst part. It felt like I was turning into a completely different person and when I tasted it I couldn't stop, I needed more and more the more I had, and I hated feeling like that. I would rather drink from animals than people.
I walk outside feeling the sun on my skin, it felt like I was still alive even though the only reason I didn't burst into flames was a ring.
I could hear so many heartbeats all beating at once, it was overwhelming. I finally made it to my car keeping my calm.
I pull over to the side of the road and make my way into the woods. I didn't know what I was looking for, a deer? Rabbit? Maybe a fox, what ever I saw first.
I continued walking through the forest taking in every detail of everything, it was so beautiful, especially since my sight has improved drastically. I never took my time to take in the scenery when I was human, since most of the time I was running for my life. It was nice, in fact it was peaceful. For the first time since I was bitten by Damon I was relaxed until I heard the rustling of leaves behind a tree. I could hear a heartbeat which means what ever poor animal was around there was my next meal.
I peek my head around the trees trunk and see a rabbit nibbling on some grass minding its own business, not knowing these few seconds were going to be it's last. I take in a breath before I grab the rabbit and sink my fangs into it's neck. It squealed and squirmed for awhile until it eventually fell silent. I placed it back now on the ground and whipped my mouth. It wasn't nearly as good as the blood bags but it numbed the hunger for awhile which will have to do.
I walk back to the Jeep feeling more in control than I was before. I lean over to turn the key when I see the time. It was nearly School time, maybe I could go, it would stop me from being in complete boredom for the day and I would get to see the pack. If anything happens I could use my vampire speed to get out of there. I had decided, I was going to School.
