Next morning at raman's house

"raman puttar aana nashta karle" shouted mrs Bhalla

"aaraha hu maa"

Raman arrived at the dining table to have breakfast. He wanted to tell everyone that a very special guest was coming to have lunch with them i.e ishita. He found his dad already sitting on the table having breakfast.

"papa mujhe aapse kuch bolna hai"

"ruk ja puttar mereko kuch bolna hai. Aaj na kuch special log aa rahe hai lunch pe aur tera hona bahut hi zaruri hai"

"special log papa?"

"ha puttar tere liye na pammi aunty ne ek acchi si ladki dundi hai, uske parivaar wale aa rahe hai aaj tereko dekhne"

"par papa achanak se ye sab kya hai aapne tho mujhse pucha bhi nahi"

Mrs Bhalla interveined saying

"puttar isme puchne ki kya baat hai aur tu kitne din tak shagun ki yaad mai rahega"

"maa mai ye bol raha tha ki kam se kam puch tho lete"

"bas raman mai aur kuch nahi sunna chahati tu aaj uss ladki se milega tujhe meri kasam"

Raman was shell shocked he could not believe his parents were behaving like this. He didn't know what to say, he needed to get out of there so he left the table without speaking anymore. He wanted to be with ishita as soon as possible so he left for her house.

Same time at ishita's house

At the breakfast table

"mihika kya hua"

"kuch nahi akka"

"bol miku I know when you behave ajeeb"

"accha akka jiju ne ghar pe baat kari hai kya"

"pata nahi miku bol tho rahe the ki aaj karenge"

"karenge and all haa. Wah akka"

"chup kar miku bahut bol ri hai"

Ting tong...... ting tong........

"kon hai ye akka patience nahi hai"

"lagta hai tere jaisa hi koi hai jao dekho kon hai"

Mihika went to open the door only to find raman standing at the door.

"aare wah jiju ruka nahi jata na aapse"

"kya kare batao aap hi"

"chalo andar pehle"

Raman walked in to the kitchen to find ishita eating her breakfast.

"arre raman aap yaha?"

"ha woh mujhe tumse baat karni thi"

"kya hua raman aap bhi itna alag kyu behave kar rahe hai?"

"ishita chalo mere saath please abhi"

"ha chaliye, miku mai shaam mai milti hu"

"ha akka ok"

Raman and ishita left the house. After sitting in the car ishita asked raman what happened but raman stayed quiet. Ishita understood that something happened at raman's home and decided not to question anything till raman doesn't feel comfortable.

The car drive was silent. Raman stopped at the marine drive and got down. Ishita also followed

"raman ab tho boliye ki kya hua hai"

"ishita mere ghar walo ne mere liye rishta dhuda hai"

"kya"

Ishita was so shocked that she was about to fall but raman controlled her.

"ishita tum thik ho na chalo aao baithe hai"

"nahi raman, mujhe ek cheez samaj nahi aarahi ki achanak se aapke ghar walo ne ye kyu kiya"

"pata nahi kya ho gaya hai mere ghar walo ko achanak se meri shadi ko lekar bahut hi pareshaan hai"

"par raman ab hum kya karenge"

"pata nahi"

"raman mai aapke bina nahi rahungi"

"ishita maine ye baat tumhe kal bhi batai thi ki I don't care what anyone thinks we both will be together, no matter what and I'll make sure of that"

"but raman abhi dekho na kya ho gaya"

"chup ishita... bilkul chup..... maine bolana ki hum dono saath rahenge"

"par raman"

"ideaaa!!! Mil gaya"

"kya"

"tum chalo mere saath ghar lunch pe, mai tumhe wahi par sabko introduce karunga aur phir I'll tell them that I love you"

"par raman tumhare ghar wale aur uss ladki ke ghar wale"

"maine kahi par suna tha ki pyaar mai selfish hona padta hai. Sirf maa baap ke Khushi ke liye shaadi nahi kiya jata hai"

"par raman"

"bas mai aur nahi sunnuga kuch bhi. Hum ja rahe hai"

"ok"

"abhi office chale"

"chalo"

Both raman and ishita were physically present in the office but not mentally. Both were thinking about what would happen at lunch.

Ishita

Pata nahi raman ke demag mai kya chal raha hai. Bechari woh ladki uska kya hoga jab raman sabke saamne uski insult karega, par unki bhi kya galti hai woh thodi yeh shaadi chahta hai. Murugan yeh sab kya ho raha hai........

Raman

Mujhe pata hai ki papa aur maa ko bura lagega par I know ki who log samaj jaenge ki I love ishita and nothing will happen karke.

Thinking this raman informed ishita that they will be leaving now.

The whole car ride was silent because each of them were immersed in their own thoughts.

Finally, they reached raman's house after half an hour drive. If it were under different circumstances ishita would have been in awe of raman's house but right now she didn't have the time. Raman saw his watch they were right on time.

"chalo ishita"
