I'm not American, I'm Australian. But do I celebrate 4th of July? Yes. Why? Because it is the day of my birthday, like Astra. I suppose this chapter is only a *special* chapter for Americans... Or... Anyone who looks forward to my updates? And right now as I write it is the 4th of July. So, I am just going to write a short special chapter for today. Celebrating 4th of July for Americans and people who have their birthdays on this day as well I suppose... And I wasn't planning on an update in 2 weeks.

Astra.
"NO WAY! YOUR BIRTHDAY IS THE 4th OF JULY? THATS AWSOME!" Olivia shouted, jealousy wrapped around her words.
I cringed. "My ears will blow off someday with your screaming!" I complained.
"BUT your birthday is special!" She said. "I'm not American, I am part Spanish so it's not a big deal... Plus, the 4th of July has already come and gone" I reminded her.
When I actually had no idea if I was part anything.
"You must of had a HUGE party!" She said in awe. "Not really" I said. "WHAT? Not really... WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN!?" She asked in an accusing tone. "Ok, I regret telling you this now.. I'd rather just NOT talk about my birthday!" I groaned. "Hey, do you smell.. That?" Ashley asked, thankfully changing the subject. I sniffed the air. "WAFFLES!" I screamed before running out of our room and towards the cafeteria. "Ow my ears... damn that hurt" I just heard Olivia grumble while exiting the room. I chuckled slightly under my breath. Now SHE was getting a taste of her own medicine.
I was glad to leave that conversation and never finish it. The last thing I wanted to think about was myself. I had left my old self, now investing in a new me. I wanted to learn more about others and talking about myself just a little bit seemed to bring way too much attention.
After a satisfying breakfast of crunchy, delicious, golden waffles drowned in chocolate sauce, we planned our Sunday morning.
"I'm going to the library to read some of the new books that have just come in" Ashley said to us before instantly ditching us. "Eh, don't mind Ash, she just has a major thing for books.. Something that I certainly do NOT have! HAHAHA you will never see my perfectly shaped nose in a book! Cmon, let's go into town and have some REAL fun!" Olivia said. "And what's 'real fun' in your language?" Kelly asked.
"Uh let me think... Ok I got it! Party, party, party, party and have party more" Olivia said. "Uh, count me out" Kelly said immediately. "Ugh I was kidding Kelly! Why don't we just drive around town and I can show you some really good shops that I'm sure you will both love as well" she suggested. "I'm in" I said with a shrug. "Meh, I'm in too I guess" Kelly said unsurely.
Before we did that, we got our home work done which did take a few hours to get done since we all suck at homework, and soon the time flew to being 2 pm.
We then hopped into to Olivia's car and she started the engine. "So where to first?" I asked. "It's a surprise!" She giggled.
1 hour of driving later...
"Oh my gosh OLIVIA WHERE ARE WE GOING!" Kelly shouted impatiently. "LOOK! We are here! Sheesh!" She exclaimed. And sure enough, she pulled into a parking spot.. At Kmart?
"THIS IS IT? REALLY? We passed 2 freaking kmarts on the way here!" She shouted angrily. "Yeah, we are going to crash a party at my old friends place from my old school, dude they got a Pent-House! We are just stopping at Kmart to get some stuff from the party section" she said.
