Jesys P.O.V

"hurry up or you'll be late'', called my mum from down the stairs.

"I just need to find my hair brush'', I shouted back.

I was about to leave for Leigh's house but I couldn't find my hair brush. I was excited, as me and my best friends hadn't had a proper girly sleepover in ages.

"check in the living room'', shouted my mum, who was getting a bit impatient now. As I ran down the stairs I soon spotted the shiny hairbrush that had been left on the sofa. As soon as I grabbed it I was out of the house and in the car. I was now waiting for my mum , who I had kindly left the job of carrying my bags to.

As we were driving down the windy roads towards Leigh's house, my mum mentioned how her job interview had gone.

" and you'll never guess who I met there '',

"who?'', I replied, slightly confused.

"Norma Thirlwall'' , she said with a smile.

Thirlwall, I thought to myself, I'm sure I've heard that name before. Maybe I'm just imagining things.

* one hour later *

I was greater at the door to Leigh's house by her, Perrie and Harvey, of course. After we had taken my bags up to Leigh's room, my mum said a quick hello to Leigh's mum, who was making our pizzas.

"bye Jesy'', my mum shouted.

"bye mum'', I shouted back, before she had driven out of the driveway and was out of sight.

It was a great sleepover, the girls really helped me get over Jordan a bit more even though the heart ache was still there. The three of us sat on Leigh's bed, eating pizza and sweets, whilst a movie was playing unnoticed on the TV. We were talking too much to notice the TV. We talked for ages about school, boys and people at our school.

"have you ever noticed that girl in our tutor ?'', asked Perrie with a mouth full of pizza.

" who ?'', asked Leigh with a confused look on her face.

" the one who is always sat with a book,'' began Perrie. "I think that her name is Jade, Jade Thirlwall''.

That's who it was, I thought to myself, Norma Thirlwall must be her mum. " I think that my mum has just got a job with her mum'', I said as it all suddenly made sense.

" in that Café ?'', asked Leigh, with a smile creeping across her face.

" yeah, why?'', I asked.

" will you make sure that she brings some cookies home when I come to your house?'', she replied, jokingly.

" i'll try '',I laughed as she and Perrie began giggling. Then I remembered, '' I think that I have to go to that Jade girls house for tea when I get home''. I can remember the conversation I had with my mum in the car. Perrie and Leigh exchanged funny looks before we all burst out in fits of laughter.

* the next day *

The sleepover had gone so quickly. It was very fun though. We had planned a all-nighter, but typical Perrie fell asleep before it even reached midnight. We all knew what the punishment for that was! Shaving foam moustache and her hand in a bowl of cold water.

As I put my bags in the car, I gave Leigh and Perrie one last hug before climbing into the passenger seat.
