"Miss?"

The teacher reluctantly looks up from the work she was grading, her eyes locking with Hani's from across the classroom. She gulps at the girl sitting there, looking around the room at all of her other students. She sighs before nodding her head towards the girl, ready to hear the question.

"May I use the restroom please?"

Everyone stops what they are doing to stare at her. They are shocked at the words coming out of her mouth, even the tone that she used not what she usually uses. She is always so cold and distant that no one has ever heard her say please in her life. This is so weird for them to hear that they all fall silent, even the teacher just staring at the confused girl in shock.

"Y-yeah Hani. Sure" she says lowly, watching as Hani smiles before staring up from her seat. She fixes her skirt before walking out with her head held high, everyone's eyes following her out as she goes. She takes a deep breath when she is finally out of sight, aware of the fact that everyone had been looking at her as if she was mental.

She's not entirely sure why, but she has been changing ever since she met Yoongi. The tough, self-dependent girl she has always been is still there of course. She is just less harsh than she was before, not terrorizing the students like she had in the past. She isn't using her awful home life as an excuse to be rude anymore, channeling all of her anger. Every minute she spends with Yoongi feels like an eternity, and he feels the same way.

"Yoongi?"

He turns around from the locker he was leaning on, a smile coming onto his face at the sight of the girl in front of him. He is quick to walk towards her, opening his arms so that she can give him a hug. His arms surround her in undeniable warmth that makes a smile spread across her face. She can't help but nuzzle her nose intro the crook of his neck, sighing in content at the sense of security she gets from him.

"How are you today? You talk to your father lately?"

He frowns when he feels her body immediately stiffen, him wanting nothing more than the retract his question. He can't help it though. He wants to know how she is doing after the whole situation, something in him telling him to care instinctively. She relaxes when he starts to stroke her hair, his soothing motions making her become more comfortable.

"No, I haven't even gone back home yet. GD went and got some of my stuff for me when he was at work one day, and he's keeping it in his apartment. When I'm not with you, I'm with him, but I should probably talk to my dad soon."

Yoongi frowns at her words, an unsettling feeling stirring his stomach. He doesn't want her to go speak to her dad after her having to go to the hospital after that last time. He still blames himself for what happened, the guilt gnawing away at his conscious every time he looks at her. If only he hadn't let his friends decide what he did and didn't do. If only he had insisted that she stay at his house. If only he had seen how desperate she was. If only he had seen the bruises that were already on her skin. If only he could turn back time.

He takes a deep breath before forcing a smile onto his face, deciding to change the subject. If he doesn't, they might get into a fight about what is best for Hani.

"Should I be worried about this GD guy? You seem to spend a lot of your time with him."

Her cute laugh echoes throughout the empty hallway, a real smile coming onto his face after he hears it. It may sound like a dying seal, but it cheers him up all the same.

"GD? He's gay dude. If anything, I should be worried about him flirting with you" Hani says as her chuckles subside, pulling away to look up at Yoongi. She blushes slightly when he kisses the tip of her nose, her eyes wide as she simply stares straight ahead. There it is again. The beating of her heart that seems to get faster and faster the longer she is with him. The unmistakable tingling sensation that leaves her out of breath and unfocused.

He laughs softly before pulling her closer to the side of his body, his arm wrapped around her waist. The bell is about to ring anyway, meaning that they are about to head over to the abandoned classroom they have claimed as their own. They even added stuff to it to make it more special. It used to be a room used for home economic study skills, so it was already equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, grill, fridge, tables, and chairs. Hani cleaned it, while Yoongi napped in the corner, and even brought in some pillows for the sofa in the corner of the room. It is like their own little getaway now, it a place where they go to spend lunch and their "bathroom breaks".

"What are we eating today?" Yoongi asks excitedly as they enter the room. He immediately goes over to the faded red sofa as Hani flicks on the lights, walking over to the fridge that she had stocked earlier in the week.

"We would be eating pizza, but someone decided that they were going to eat all of the fucking cheese yesterday."

Hani stares pointedly at Yoongi as he closes his eyes, not missing the small smirk that is on his face as he pretends to be asleep. She rolls her eyes before getting out the last two packs of instant noodles that she had hidden in the corner of the pantry, heating up the water on the little stove. Yoongi peaks one eye open before getting up from his spot, quietly walking over to Hani while she has her back turned towards him. She jumps slightly when he wraps his arms around her waist from behind before relaxing into him, her eyes closing as he kisses the top of her head and rocks their bodies from side to side.

Neither of them see the girl standing by the door with her face pressed against the small glass window, her eyes narrowed so that she can see into the room. Claire's fists clench at her sides at she watches the two hug, her insides bubbling and boiling with her simmering rage. She suddenly stops, her anger draining away to be replaced by cheerfulness. She knows exactly what she is going to do.
