"That was beautiful...but still too small. And it's getting late. Let's just call it a day and continue looking and if we can't find something else then we will take this one if it's still available" Esther sighs. Avan agreed.
"Thank you so much for your time today Mrs. Takanowa, but we would like to keep looking for our new home. We really appreciate it your help." Esther tells the real estate agent.
"Absolutely not a problem. This is a big decision and a lot of money you are investing. I would recommend that you think things over." Mrs. Takanowa assured. "Um..I completely understand that you want an apartment in Tokyo or Osaka but there is a house that was built just on the outskirts of Osaka, not quite the countryside but not in the city either. Would you want to take a look at it?"
"Um.. I don't think it would hurt to take a look?" Esther said questionably looking to Avan.
"Oh! Uh yeah..sure. Wouldn't hurt." Avan said confused.

"So when would you like to see it?" Mrs. Takanowa asked.
"Why wait." Avan said. Esther agreed.

"Wow..." Esther and Avan said in unison as they stared in awe.
"I know. Everyone who looks at this house falls in love with it. " the real estate agent kindly smiles.
"Why hasn't anyone taken it if they love it?" Avan asks.
"Two things. It's out of most people's budget Or it's too far away from the city for them. Most people who come to view this home are young or extremely wealthy businessmen who are only here for a limited time. No one has been interested in buying unlike you. Before you there was a wealthy businessmen who was only here for a limited time." Mrs. Takanowa explained.
"Oh okay. Just making sure someone wasn't killed or has died here." Avan laughs but was serious. Mrs. Takanowa and Esther laugh along.
"So shall we take a look around?.."

"This home is 2 levels plus the garage level. 3 bedrooms 2.5 bath." Mrs. Takanowa explains.

" that's not a problem." Avan says.
"Avan.."
"What? It isn't."
Mrs. Takanowa clears her throat before she begins to speak. " Great! So is this what you are choosing as your new home?"
"Actually, may I have a word alone with my boyfriend?"
"Of course I'll be in the kitchen."
"Avan... this house is really expensive..$263,000 buying a house that we will be in for only who knows how long!"
"Babe, I know that you worry we will run out of money and be broke one day but my parents are alive and well and I still work for them. We. Have. Money. Quite a bit of it actually. You don't even have to work if you don't want. Stop over thinking you stress yourself out. Let me carry some of the stress for once."
