Niall's POV

Todays shoot was amazing! It was fantastic! Everything ran smoothly, as planned, and the girls.. The looked fine;) But of course, Hayley stood out. Period. It was fun, and tiring considering that we had to jump into the pool about a million times because Lou always jumped in too late, or someone forgot to jump! Hahahaha

"Heyya Lads! What did ya think of today?" I ask wandering into the boys changing rooms. 

"I WANNA DO IT AGAIN!!!!" (You know who that was)

"Great! I think it'll be out in five days I reckon." 

"That was sick! Everyone must've enjoyed that!"

"Yeah, It was awesome," I chuckle at their responses. I change back into my casual clothes and decide to find Hayles. 

"Hey, guys, gonna go to find Hayles. See you later!" 

I run out to a chorus of 'Bye Niall!' and look around to see if she's still here. Oh, there she is! She was tapping away at her phone on the edge of the deck, leaning on the rail. I make my way to her. I stop when a trio of blondies come up to her and mutter something.. I couldn't hear. But she looked a little off, so I made my way closer to hear their convo. 

"LISTEN TO ME. DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH HORAN. HE'S MINE AND FOREVER SHALL BE!" One of the blondies shout at her and corner her. Oh shit. That's Erin. Erin Heatherton. OH MY GOSH WHY AM I SO GULLIBLE! I thought when Miranda told us that Erin Heatherton was on the cruise, that she was unsure that Erin was really on here, so I brushed it off. Ugh screw evil ex's. 

I was about to confront Erin and tell her that she was out of my life. Permanently because of how much she hurt me. She cheated on me with some other big shot guy, and Hayley made me forget the hurt. 

Erin did the unthinkable. She slapped Hayley, and Hayles as a reaction held her rosy cheeks, and then she punched Erin back in the nose. Erin's nose starts to bleed, and she glares at Hayles.

"ERIN, I THOUGHT I TOLD YOU THAT YOU WERE OUT OF MY LIFE. FOREVER. And if you really loved me, then wouldn't you be happy WHEN I AM HAPPY?! You made me miserable, Erin. I cried for days and nights. And now, when you and me become famous, you want me back?! School days are over Erin. I've got a new life, and I'm living it. So back off MY girlfriend," I hissed at her defending Hayley. 

"Well, I am not happy. I am NOT happy. Therefore, I will make yours just as bad," She hissed back, and shoved me out of the way. Damn she was strong! I held my ground, yet she managed to push past me again, and now, Hayles was sobbing greatly. And guess what? Erin just shoved her off the side of the cruise, leaving her to fall into the great abyss of the sea. 

"NOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I instantly called for help, and I jumped off the side as well. 

I dive swiftly into the freezing sea, and resurface, searching for Hayles. I swim deeper and scan the sea waters, but I can't find her. THIS IS NOT HAPPENING TO ME. I thought I was a leprechaun! 

I find Hayley drifting off, just bobbing on the surface of the water quite a distance away from me. I tread water to reach her and I hold her in my arms. She was pale, mascara running down her pale cheeks, her lips slightly blue. I didn't realise that I was sobbing madly until the tears hurt my eyes.

Looking up at the surface, I see El, Dani and Leah dealing with Erin and her ghastly trio, while Liam is making a phone call, and Paul trying to stop the girls from punching each other.

"NIALL! NIALL! IS SHE ALRIGHT? WHAT HAVE THEY DONE?!!" Zayn shouts loudly from above.

"She is rather pale. I can't keep my legs paddling for any longer, they feel like they're about to break!" 

I shiver of the freezing waters. Honestly, I feel so knackered, that I could drift off any minu-.......................................

"NIALL!! NIALL WAKE UP!! C'MON LEPRECHAUN!!" I hear a familiar voice over my head. I try to open my eyes to see who the mystery person is, but my eyelids are glued together. 

I groggily manage to open my eyes, to see absolutely everyone crowded around me.

"Huh? Where am I? Where's Hayles? Is she okay?" I croak out and they nod their heads. 

"We're in the hospital back in LA. The Doctors told us that Hayles may be waking up very soon, and that she'll be fine. She doesn't have anything serious. But you've had a mild case of hypothermia," Liam informs and I nod, still really confused. 

I look down to see that I'm practically piled with blankets, and there were 3 hot water bottles along my legs and on my chest. I still feel rather cold, but not as cold as I was in the sea.

"What time is it?" I ask, looking at the bloodshot eyes, and the slumped figures all sitting in chairs by my side. 

"About 9pm. You were out for about 2 hours," Zayn says rubbing his eyes. 

"Hey, I'm gonna go check on Hayles. Anyone care to join?" Leah suggests getting out of her chair. The rest of the girls nod, and they leave the room. The boys take at me and I nod. 

"Its fine. Hayles is more important at the moment. I'll manage," I say. almost in a whisper. They too nod and leave the room. 

I slip back into a world of complete darkness...
