Dre's Pov
I was extremely mad at her, it's like I couldn't control my actions. I know we were just joking around but what Katie said pulled a switch.
It's now lunch and Rebecca kept flirting with me. It's not like I like her or anything , but I allowed her to sit it my lap. I just wanted to take things off my mind.
I was talking and laughing with my friends but something made me look around in the cafeteria and that's when my eyes landed on Katie.
It's like she was frozen in her spot with a sad expressed on her face until she started crying and ran away. God I'm so messed up. I wanted to run after her so bad but I couldn't get out of Rebecca's grip.
"Dude don't you have a girlfriend Katie right." Andy one of my friend asked me but I was so confused.
"If u really love her like u told us I suggest that you tell Rebecca to hit the road" I guess he's right but it was too late for that she's now gone.
I tried looking for her but she was nowhere to be found. Where could she be?
Katie's POV
I ran and ran until my feet became numb. I reached in the girl's restroom and started crying even harder. Lia and I made an oath never to cry over a boy but Dre became an exception.
I was in the restroom almost for the entire time left at school. I had many different feelings right now. I was feeling angry, confused, sad, lonely but mostly betrayed. To be honest, I didn't know what to do at the moment. I wanted alot of space.
I didn't call Lia to drop me home so I decided to walk home. Right after the bell rang I looked if anyone was coming in the halls and started my journey home.
