Katie's POV
It's been weeks since I've seen Dre. I kept wondering about him a lot. I mean I just can't keep my mind off him.
Sometimes I feel as if he is bad for me but he makes me happy. Its like my head is telling me to forget about him but my heart feels way different.
School is about to start now but as I entered I saw a large crowd starting to form at the entrance. I mean it's Tuesday what could be this important? Stupid children. Walking nearer to the crowd I finally saw what was so interesting. It was Dre. He had cuts everywhere. It looks like someone had beaten the crap out of him.
I ran to him immediately feeling a little sad for him. Who could have done this to him? Why would they do something like this to him? I quickly knelt beside him looking at him. He is still so damn hot looking like this o will admit.
"Dre." Are you okay? Of course he is not okay stupid. He looks like he had been ran over repeatedly. I tried to touch him but he winced everytime I did.
"Dre who did this to you?" I asked hoping for a sensible answer but he only told me that it was jus a misunderstanding. And of course he expected me to believe it. He not even a good liar for start.
"Who did this?' I asked demandingly. He kept silent for some time then finally answered. "I got in a fight". No shit Sherlock you couldn't have woken up like this magically.
"With?" I pressed.
"I got into a fight with some gang members okay. It's nothing big. I totally won thou" he said and started to smirk. Boys got a really nice way of keeping it cool I thought and rolled my eyes.
"I kind of owe them four grand. Its been a very long time I was starting to think they forgot but I guess they still remember" he admitted. "Idiot" I softly said luckily he didn't hear.
"You are so explaing yourself to me after school young man" I quickly poke him. By now the crowd vanished because they got want the wanted. Stupid pictures of Dre.
I felt so sorry for him but he deserved it. He got him self into this and he is going to get him self out. How is he going to get four grand? He doesn't even have a job I thought to myself. Who knows he might have one.
That kid is full of suprises.
