Konoha

Back in Konoha, Hiruzen Sarutobi's eye twitched in annoyance.Why was he the Sandaime Hokage again? Oh that's right. To stop Danzo from getting even more authority than he had now! Honestly, the man's heart was in the right place, but his logic was completely ridiculous! Hiruzen was getting extremely frustrated with the excruciatingly annoying Civilian Council as they talked among themselves.

Their persistent idiocy made them exactly like pesky flies! No, they were even worse than pesky flies!They kept bugging him to put Sasuke into CRA with Sakura as his wife, and to execute "the demon that is brain-washing the last Uchiha"! What a load of crap! Sasuke and Sakura chose to stand by Naruto's side, as siblings. Why couldn't they see that?!

"Hiruzen, the Civilian Council believes -" Danzo began, before getting startled out of his wits when he jumped up and slammed his hands on the table.

"ENOUGH!" Hiruzen shouted, finally snapping. "Danzo, it's Lord Hokage to you! And as for the Civilian Council! They had no authority over shinobi matters! I have had enough with your persistent idiocy! Sasuke and Sakura CHOSE to be with Naruto, as SIBLINGS! Naruto has done no brainwashing - he is a CHILD for Kami's sake!" he roared. They were all silent. They had not suspected Hiruzen would suddenly snap. They had, after all, been in power for too long.

"Lord Hokage," said a very familiar voice. "Are you in perhaps a need of our service?"

"What brings you here?" Danzo asked suspiciously.The two shinobi by the door were giving off sadistic auras that were flowing thickly, eerie smiles on their faces that were making nearly everyone in the room wet themselves.

"Ibiki! Anko!" Hiruzen barked, his angry eyes never leaving Danzo and the rest of the Civilian Council. "Take them to the T&I!"

"Yes Lord Hokage," Anko replied in a sickly-sweet voice. "We are very happy to give our services to these. . . council members."

"Anko! Hurry up and take them already! I have some plans ready for them." A sadistic glint in Ibiki's eyes made those who had not wet themselves yet, (excluding the Hokage, of course) wet themselves. And those that already had. . . let's just say the clothes they were wearing would have to be thrown out. And they would probably spend a good hour scrubbing their parts down south.

Anko's snakes lashed out, bringing terrified Civilian Council members to the Snake Mistress.

"Don't look so scared. We're going to have fun," Anko hissed as a gleam in her eyes made the unfortunate member whimper.

"Hiruzen you can't do this! The Civilian Council -"

"Is disbanded as of NOW!" Hiruzen announced, glaring at Homura. "And it's Lord Hokage to you, Koharu and Danzo! Address me with the proper title and know your place, Homura."
The three grit their teeth, knowing Hiruzen had finally taken action. But something was weird. . . oh that's right.

Hiruzen, Danzo, Homura and Koharu sweatdropped simultaneously, despite the circumstances. You want to know why?

There was screaming in the background. Looks like the Civilian Council was just a bunch of babies who liked throwing tantrums, kicking and screaming their way to the T&I.

"Well, I have paperwork to attend to. So if you'll excuse me," Hiruzen stared as sternly as he could at his former colleagues before striding to his office.He immediately collapsed into his chair as a giant, evil smirk found its way onto his wrinkled face and an evil cackle escaped his lips.

Suddenly, the door burst open mid-cackle, and a certain blonde, raven and pinkette, along with their gang, sweatdropped.

"Er, Jiji?" Naruto asked hesitantly. "What. . ."

". . . in the world. . ." Sasuke only managed a few sentences before trailing off, staring dumbly at the Hokage who was acting completely out of character.

". . . got you looking like you just got rid of the Civilian Council?" Sakura finished, thinking of only the best thing that could ever happen to make the old man act so ridiculously.

Hiruzen threw his head back as loud, manic cackles reverberating from his lips as the trio gasped in realization.

"No. . . you didn't!" they cried at the same time.Of course, the Hokage was too wrapped up in his gleeful triumph to even answer them, but there was no need to. The three of them looked at each other slowly before erupting suddenly into screams of joy.

"WHOO-HOO! THE CIVILIAN COUNCIL IS DOWN, BABY! DOWN!" Naruto jumped, all hyperactive and he didn't even know what he was saying. All he knew was the pesky council was gone, and he was just cheering for their defeat.

Blue and the gang stare at him strangely. But Kakashi? He didn't care - he was too busy with that smutty book of his and well. . . Sakura and Sasuke were screaming similar things.

"THEY CAN'T STOP US NOW!"

"STUPID CIVILIANS! THEY HAD TOO MUCH POWER ANYWAY, THEY GOT WHAT THEY DESERVED!"

"SCREW YOU, CIVILIAN COUNCIL!" Sakura screamed at the top of her voice, pointing viciously at a random window, a giant grin on her face.

"So whatcha gonna do about us now, huh? We're livin' together! We're a family! You can't stop us now can ya? Nuh-uh-uh!" Naruto taunted to no one in particular.

Sasuke chuckled like a maniac. "Where's all your fancy plans for "Putting Sasuke into the CRA" and "Training him as the last loyal Uchiha"? Down the drain, that's where! And you guys don't own me!" He jabbed a finger roughly at the air.

"Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, yeah BABY!" they all shrieked, jumping up and down hysterically.

Hiruzen just kept cackling madly as Blue, the gang and Kakashi sweatdropped at both him and the hysterically hyperactive siblings. They had just one thought in mind. 'Have they all gone completely BONKERS? '
