"I'll kill this nigga swear on everything I ever loved! I'll kill him, I'll kill him!" I paced around the bedroom.

Miles hasn't cared to contact me in the two days he's been in Miami. The last time I spoke to him was when I left for work the day he was leaving.

"I'm pretty sure he's okay," Brandi attempts to comfort me. "Just caught up and busy."

"He's never done no shit like this before," I sigh.

I stare at my phone waiting for a message back.

"If he's with some bitch-"

"He would never do that C. Yachty has his name tatted on you for crying out loud," she cuts me off.

"I can't help but think that."

The rest of the day I never got a response or a phone call or anything of the sort. It wasn't until I went to bed and my phone started ringing.

"Hey baby-"

"Nigga don't baby me! Are you okay?"

"Why wouldn't I be?" He trails off.

"You haven't spoken to me in 3 days! I'm worried Bruh."

"It's only a couple of days, don't start tripping and acting like it's forever."

He told me not to trip? What the hell is his damn problem?

"Okay while I understand it's only a few days just know that it isn't normal for us not to speak everyday. So a heads up would have been nice so don't sit up here and tell me not to trip," I sigh.

"Whatever Cordelia. It's not even that deep."

"Alright so if it's like that then I guess I'll just speak to you when you get home. Bye."

"Baby girl what do you want me to say to you? It's only been 3 days."

"Okay but my nigga, you wouldn't like it if roles were flipped. Imagine me dipping out and not saying anything to you the whole time why you're at home."

The line got quiet and he didn't say anything back.

"Stuck!" I say loudly.

"I'm sorry baby, I'm a dick," he says. "I'm just not myself, I'm tired and I had a bad interview."

"Tell me about it love, what happen?"

"Joe Budden is meanie. He don't know how to chill," he says.

"That's who you did an interview with? Wow."

"Yeah but imma call you in a little bit. I'm tired as hell."

"Okay, rest up then."

"Bye I love you," he says, making me smile.

"Love you too."

We hung up and I felt a lot better then before so I finally sat down and stopped pacing around.

"Finally you're calm so we can do what we're really supposed to be doing," Brandi says. "Hanging out."

"Yeah I'm sorry about that. I love him so much he makes me crazy and I overreact."

"It's okay. I know the feeling."

The two of us just chilled all day long because both of us had the day off and we fell asleep in my bed.

I woke up but movement next to me so I turned over, ready to tell her to chill but it was Miles.

"Where's B-"

"Perry carried her to his room."

"Well hey baby," I kissed his cheek. "I missed you. I didn't know you'd be home so soon."

"I'm sorry," he kissed my lips lightly multiple times. "I missed you too."

"It's okay," I blush.

He kisses me a couple more times and I closed my eyes.

"You still tired baby?"

"Nah, not really. I'm kinda hungry."

"Okay baby, let me feed you. Come on."

We ate quietly in the almost vacant Denny's. We ate pancakes with other breakfast foods.

I watched Miles as he ate, on his way to clearing his whole plate. Damn, my baby can eat.

"How's work been?" He asks, food in his mouth.

I giggled. "It's been like usual."

"That nigga hasn't come around right?"

"No, I haven't seen Diego since you whooped his ass."
