"Hey Yuri," I chirp as I open the door for him. He's dressed in his usual attire; consisting of his leopard print jacket and tiger shirt. I'm glad I didn't dress fancy.

"Hey Y/N, are you ready to go?" He asks, looking up from his phone. He looks into my eyes, while waiting for a response. I mumble a simple yes and step outside to close the door behind me.

I check the time on my phone as we begin to walk in silence. "So where are we going?" I ask Yuri, purely to start a conversation. The silence around us is so quiet you could hear a pin drop. I don't mind it -if anything I love it-, but I don't think someone as loud and arrogant as Yuri would like this kind of quiet.

""I thought I could take you to this certain place. I won't tell you where or what it is because it's a surprise." Yuri replies calmly.

He sounds... different. Almost fragile I think? That can't be right. Yuri Plisetsky is but the opposite of fragile. I reply saying "sounds fun" in an attempt to lighten up this situation. We continue to walk in silence until all of a sudden, I can't see.

Yuri comes up behind me and covers my eyes with his hands. I stop so I don't trip over anything, but he insists I keep on walking.

"How close are we Yuri. I feel like I'm going to trip over any second now," I say, giggling because I can't walk in a straight line.

"We are just about here Y/N. And you won't trip over ok, cause I'll be here to catch you," Yuri replies. My eyes widen at the words he just spoke and holy crap I am thankful that he can't see my face right now. My face reddens the more I think about what he just said.

I try to focus on just walking forward when Yuri tells me to stop. I stop walking and he turns my body to the left. I stand still. Excitement and anticipation flows through my body as I wait for him to lift his hands.

He lets go and I open my eyes. The weather has changed drastically during this short walk. Instead of it being sunny and partially cloudy, it's now as gloomy as ever. Dark grey clouds now control the sky, and the temperature is getting lower. I put my arms around me to warm myself up as I take a look around. Yuri seems to have taken me to a small park, alongside a river. Its so peaceful here. There is a nice little playground in the middle of the park, two swings, and a few benches to sit at.

"Hey Y/N, are you cold?" Yuri asks before I start to walk towards the park.

"Umm kind of but I'm fine. Really I am," I reply to Yuri. I continue walking towards the park until Yuri places his leopard print jacket on my shoulders. I spin around to face him and give him back his jumper when he interrupts me.

"Keep it. You need it more than me right now and I don't want you getting sick," he says. He puts my arms through the jacket and zips it up for me. I just stand there shocked at his actions while he walks towards the park.

I'm glad he gave me his jacket; it's so warm. I run after him in an attempt to catch up but as soon as I start to run, he runs further away from me. My eyes widen cause I know he is doing this on purpose, and now I have to catch him.

I continue to chase after him for the next two minutes until I finally catch up. Yuri lays on the ground out of breath while I sit down next to him.

"You're so slow Yuri," I say chuckling. I hold onto his arm so he can't get away again.

"I am not slow, I just let you catch up." Yuri replies with a grin on his face.

"Yeah sure sure. Whatever you say," I say sarcastically to him.

Yuri stares out towards the river, not taking his eyes off it. He seems relaxed. Like he's home. I don't want to interrupt him but I'm curious about this place.

"Hey Yuri," I say. Yuri turns and looks at me as I continue. "Why did you take me here?" I say gently.

Yuri turns and looks back out towards the river. He stays silent for a minute, so I look away.

"My mother used to take me here all the time when I was little. We used to play on this park and sit by the river almost every day. This park means so much to me." Yuri stops talking and faces me. "So I decided to share this place with you Y/N."

My eyes go wide. My cheeks go red. I smile at his response, and he smiles back.

We both turn to the river and sit here in complete silence, enjoying the view and the company of each other.

We spend the afternoon chatting and eating some lunch that Yuri brought. He brought F/F and some ice-cream to eat. We enjoy lunch and sit there once again, just looking out at the river.

Then I decide to do something quite unexpected. I hug him and thank him for taking me here.

And the best part is... he hugs me back.
