Rosé loved Ashley and she really wanted to meet her and see her gorgeous blue hair in person. And her pretty face and hazel eyes. She wanted to be held in her arms and to hear Ashley's voice. She's only heard it once or twice.
She especially wanted her to come because they'd be one month together next week and it'd be amazing to celebrate that together, in real life.
Rosé was lost in her own world when her phone rang, causing her to jump.
