what happens now

as the officer drove them to the local police station sebastian was waiting for him mom to answer the phone rachel couldnt hardly breathe.

" mom" sebastian said the three of them looked at him

" that doesnt matter mom i need you ok you have to step up this time you owe me" sebastian said rachel tried hto get her sobs under control so he could his mom.

" you have to emancipate me" sebastian said

" i dont care mom im noy going back to dalton im not living in fear of that bastard anymore. he hurt me you did nothing you owe me. once you have done this you wont hear from me again" sebastian said

" he will agree he never wanted me in the first place" sebastian said

" i mean it mom for once be a mother" sebastian said before ending the call.

" are you ok" rachel asked him

" she better do this" sebastian said

" i wish i had been eaten by the bear" santana said

" your not sending them back to be attacked" hunter said to the officer

" i doubt they will be going back to mckinley " the officer said

" why" santana asked

" you escaped thry will send you somewhere else" the officer said

" we might never see each other again" santana said

" i hope you can sleep tonight knowing you have ruined our lives" sebastian said to the officer as he pulled outside the local police station.

a few minutes later they were taken to a room sebastian sat down pulling rachel onto his knee and holding her close hunter sat down opposite him santana was pacing the room.

" i hate my life" santana said

" babe dont say that" hunter said

" it just one bad thing after another " santana said

" we will get through this" hunter said taking hold of santana's hand

" how the situation is hopeless " santana said

"i dont know" hunter admitted.

several hours passed

they remained in that room the officers there made them some sandwiches and gave them water to drink they were all emotionally drained whennthe door to the room opened and in walked miss slyvester from mckinley.

" well well if it isnt the my least favourite orphans " she said sebastian tightened his grip around rachel

" why are you even here you hate us" santana snapped

" you dont belong at mckinley " sue said

" tell us something we dont know " santana said

" well come along then dont keep me waiting" sue said

" i thought we wouldn't be going back to mckinley " rachel said

" well ne one else wants you now come along" sue said

" no" rachel said gripping onto sebastian

" you cant just take her" sebastian said holding her tighter than he had ever before.

" yes i can and there is nothing you can do about it" sue said

" we refuse to leave this room" santana said as the door opened again and a man walked in rachel felt sebastian tremble.

" you" sebastian said

" hello sebastian " he said

" who are you" sue asked

" charles smythe im the father of that"  he said pointing at sebastian

" my apologies " sue said

" i cant believe she told you" sebastian said shaking his head

" what are you talking about you stupid boy i got a call from a friend of mine informing me that my son had been picked up by the police" charles said

" why are you here" sebastian asked

" because you have embarrassed me for the last time" charles said walking over to him.

" whats that supposed to mean" sebastian said

" i thouht dalton would havd made a man out of you but its clear only i can get up we are leaving and that is staying here""charles said pointing to rachel

" dont you dare talk about her like that " sebastian yelled the officer came into the room.

" everything alright in here " the officer asked

" no" sebastian said

" i dont have time for your childish games now get up off that chair and we are going home" charles said

" no " sebastian said

" what makes you think you have a choice" charles asked

" i do" sebastian said

" and given that she was what you chose clearly your not mature enough to have opinions" charles said

" im not  leaving with you" sebastian said

" stop testing my patience " charles boomed

" ok everybody calm down" the officer said

" do you know who i am" charles turned to speak to the officer

" your his father" the officer said

" i am state attorney charles smythe i dont take orders from you" charles said

" in my police station you do now i ask you to calm down or your going to have to leave " the officer said

" you see what you have done thats what your ssndimg me back to" sebastian said

" i have had enough sebastian get up right now we are leaving" charles said

" no" sebastian said

what happened next happened so quickly nobody had a chance to intervene charles lunged at sebastian to grab him up off the chair he all but threw rachel to the floor to get to him. next thing was charles was in handchuffs and been dragged out of the room by two officers.

" rach " sebastian getting on the floor with her

" im bleeding" rachel said looking at the blood on her hand her mouth had caught the side of the table and had slit her lip.

" well looks like we are going to the hospital first now come on" sue said

" no" rachel said

" you have to get that checked i think you might need a stitch or two" sebastian said

" im not leaving you" rachel said

" rach i will find you" sebastian said taking her hand

" no you promised me we would never be a part " rachel cried

" oh how sweet" sue said

" shut it" hunter said glaring at her

" rachel trust me its going to be alright" sebastian asked stroking her face

" no" rachel said

" trust me" sebastian said getting up pulling her to her feet.

" i cant believe this " santana said hugging hunter as sebastian cuddled a hysterical rachel before sue geabbed her arm and began pulling her out of the room.

"its not goodbye " sebastian said tears flooding down his face as he and hunter stood side by side watching the girlsbeing forced out of the room.
