Hello, peeps! This chapter is going to be about the beginning of the war between Tabatha and Jason. Some of the people who go on either side will surprise you, maybe even relieve you, I promise.

I am soo sorry guys for making you wait for this update. Y'all can chew off my head for failing to update by Friday with this chapter. I feel bad :(

I want to thank you all for all of your support and comments, I really do enjoy reading them. I have put my book into the 2017 Wattys so I would appreciate it if you vote for my book :)

Any questions or concerns you have I will be happy to answer.

The woman above is Raven, even though Tabatha hasn't seen how she looks yet, I want y'all to know what she at least looks like, but you are going to have to wait to see what side she's on during the war ;) I know, I'm mean.

Were you guys surprised when I used Octavia's POV last chapter? Comment here, please :) I would appreciate them, truly.

Alright, let's get on with this story!

Recap:

Too bad an earthquake just happened to erupt.

Wait.

We're in Heaven.....

And there are no earthquakes up here........

Ah, shit.

I looked over at Tabatha with worry written all over my face, While one thought was going through my head.

The War is upon us.

Dread filled me as I said two little but powerful words.

"They're coming."

Tabatha's POV:

Fear.

Fear was the only thing I could feel.

it's too early for them to be coming. Matthew said they wouldn't attack for another week.....

Unless he tried to fool me. No, no, he wouldn't do that to me. He's like my brother. I thought this, but I still had a feeling of disbelief.

Matthew....

Angered, I snapped out of whatever trans I was put into and started to round up my army. Coincidentally (not), Matt was nowhere to be found, as well as a few other people I couldn't place.

In a matter of minutes, everyone was ready.

I felt a sudden presence come up next to me. When I turned to look, I was astonished by her beauty. The first thing I notice about her is her eyes. They're a glowing light blue, much like mine. I then noticed her hair, which is a wavy auburn brown. She has fair skin and full pink lips that complete her looks.

I looked at her in curiosity. Who is she?

Her voice is familiar. "I am here to support you. My name is Raven." She had straight, white teeth showing through when she smile brightly at me in confidence.

Recognition flickered at her name. "Hi, Raven. Thank you, I need all the support I can get." I held out my hand, which she grabbed gently with her soft, delicate ones.

"You're going to need it, that's for sure."

I felt a pull from the inside that is strangely stronger than usual. The sight in front of me shocked and shattered me to pieces on the inside, leaving me hollow and empty.
