We ended up going to the sunniest place in Forks to see how much I sparkle. I sparkle the same as every vampire so no more sun by humans. Which is why I'm going "camping" with the Cullens today. Bella texted me.
B: Hey I'm going to Port Angeles to go prom dress shopping with Jessica and Angela, wanna come?
H: Yea sure, pick me up from the house.
I explained to everyone what was happening and Jasper pulled me aside. He was holding me close and our noses were touching, he stared into my eyes.
"Babe, do you want to go to prom with me?" He asked.
"Of course, Jazz." I pecked his lips then ran home.
I changed into a hoodie, jeans, and tennies so my skin did not show.

I grabbed my wallet and phone then waited for the girls too get here. A moment later they pulled up and I ran to the car. The girls jammed out and I quietly sat in the back. We arrived at some shop. I need to get a dress and heels, possibly some jewelry. Jessica help up a dress.
"I like this one." She said.
"That's cool." Angela added.
"But, like, I don't know about the one-shoulder thing."
"I like this one." Angela said.
"Yeah, I like the beading, and you wouldn't need jewelry." I told her.
"Jess, Harley, what do you think? Lavender? Is that good? Is that my color?"
"I like it." Jessica told her.
"It's really nice on you!" I exclaimed.
Jessica was wearing a more slutty dress. Cue massive eye roll.
"I liked that dusty rose one, too. Okay I like this one. It makes my boobs look good."
I looked past a blue one, a red one, an ugly purple one. Suddenly I stopped on a pink one. I grabbed it and went and changed into it.
"Guys, I'm sold."
"Come let us see then!" Jessica and Angela called.
I walked out and I heard everyone collectively gasp.

"You have to get it." Angela proclaimed.
"There is no way you can't not get that." Jessica told me.
"Oh my god, Harley, you look... beautiful." Bella choked out.
I went back into the changing room and put my regular clothes back on. When I came back out Bella was gone, the girls said she went to a book store. I payed for my dress and a pair of gold heels. I did not need any jewelry since the dress was sparkly enough.
When the girls made their final decisions and payed for everything we left for the resturant. I did not feel like eating food, sometimes I crave food and other times I am repulsed at the thought. Tonight I was not going to eat. The people in the dining room had some weird ass thoughts. After the girls finished eating we walked out just as Bella was reaching the steps. I saw Edward in the Volvo behind her so I went to his window. He told me how he heard the vulgar thoughts about Bella and saved her from getting gang raped. I watched it unfold in his head.
"Thank you, Edward."
"Your welcome, Harls."
Edward interrupted the girls.
"Hey I'm sorry I kept Bella from dinner. We just sort of ran into each other and got talking."
I did not care to hear what else they were saying so I went and sat in th car until they came and we drove back to Forks. We were about to pass the police station but I had the girls drop me off there when I saw Carlisle's car and the flashing lights. I never saw Carlisle but I saw dad. His best friend of nearly 30 years was just killed in an animal attack.
"I'm sorry about Waylon, dad. He was a great guy."
"Thanks, hun, would you take this, I know you don't need it but it would make me feel a bit more secure." Dad told me and handed me a thing of pepper spray.
"Alright, dad. I'm gonna go, I have my dress and shoes I'd like to put away. I love you."
"I love you too, Harls."
I kissed his cheek and left just as Bella was arriving. Carlisle ended up giving me a ride home.
"Can you send Jasper over?" I asked him before he left. He nodded. "Thanks, Carlisle, I'll see you later."
Not even ten minutes later Jasper was in my room from the window above my bed. I had hung my dress in the back of my closet with my shoes.
"Hey babe." I greeted him with a kiss.
"Hello princess." He smiled.
Then he pulled me into his lap and gave me an amazing kiss.
"I liked that one better." I whispered.
We curled up and I turned on the tv standing on the ledge across from the end of my bed. We watched documentaries onn Netflix.
"What shall we be doing for our 19th birthdays?" Jasper asked.
"Hmm..." I straddled his waist and stared down at him while I thought. "What would you like to do?"
"You, but let's figure out birthday plans first." He told me.
"We could go on a trip out of town, or something."
"I'll keep that in mind." He told me.
He flipped us over so he was in between my legs. He pecked my lips, then my jaw, and neck, but we heard the front door open downstairs. He got up and we went down there hand in hand.
"Welcome back you two. Night, Jazz, I love you." I kissed him.
"Night princess, I love you too." Jasper whispered.
Bella and I walked upstairs together.
"How is he?" I ask Bella.
"I don't know. He's dealing. Did he give you the pepper spray too?" Bella questioned.
"Yeah. I don't know what we can do to help."
"We should just be there for him right now as much as we can."
"Yeah. Night, Bella."
"Night, Harley."
As I left her room and went to mine I heard the unmistakable sound of Dad and Jasper's feet moving to the front door. The front door opened and Jasper's steps receeded. The door closed and dad's feet shuffled to the staircase. At that point I was back in my room so I stopped listening. Jasper appeared on my bed and we cuddled for the rest of the night. Since I am part wolf I dozed off for 3 hours.
