I put my phone back on the table, after I look at the time.

5:13pm

"How is it five already?!" I exclaim.

I need to think about this,
If I don't show up then they'll think I'm weak and cannot face Tessa.

If I do show up then I'll probably be in my depression mode or in my aggressive mode.

I grab my phone from the counter and dial the familiar number.

"Hey princess." I smile at the nickname that Jonah has given me.

"Well hello there baby. I'm picking you up at six thirty." I tell him.

"Hmm... For what?" He asks.

"I got invited to a Team Ten dinner." I confess.

"Okay, I'll be ready by then."

"Alrighty. Later."

"Later." I hang up the call and head to my closet.

I'm going to dress up, for many reasons.

First, so I can look good for Jonah.

Second, to show Tessa that she has no effect on me anymore.

Third, cause I just feel like dressing up.

I open my closet doors, heading for the back of the walking closet. I take out my old red dress from few years ago.

Damn, I never wore it because when I was going to... Nash stood me up, so I truly never wore it. Never.

I grab my black heels and head to the bathroom, having only an hour to get ready.

I park in front of the 'Why Dont We' house, and head to the front door.

DING DONG

I wait patiently for someone to open the door. And the infamous Jack does.

"Well hello there, is Jonah around?" I ask him.

"He's upstairs. JONAH!" Jack first tells me and then calls Jonah.

"You look good." Zach says as he comes out of nowhere.

"Damn girl. Jonah is getting some tonight." Daniel mumbles, but I think I wasn't suppose to hear that.

"Maybe." I joke as Jack lets me in, we finally made peace.

I turn towards the stairs and see that Jonah stopped in top of them with his mouth open.

"You better close your mouth or you'll catch flies." I tell Jonah as he walks downstairs and stops in front of me.

"You look beautiful." He whispers as he grabs my hands.
